The location was fantastic. Walk outside and you are literally at the Pantheon. The room was smallish, but that is standard, well appointed, comfortable bed, large bathroom. The staff was amazing. They went out of their way to help. Arrranging a rental car, dinner reservation and directions'.Theresa and Roberto,at the front desk was fantastic

Great location adjacent to the Pantheon and . It hadn't snowed in Rome like this for 26 years, so we were glad that we had booked this hotel as it was within walking (skating) distance of all the main sights of Rome. The staff on reception were fantastic, they couldn't do enough for us. Lovely styled rooms with exceptionally clean bathroom with great rainfall shower and plenty of complimentary toiletries. The bed was terrible, the hardest shortest bed we have ever 'not' slept on. They could really do with investing in matresses which are not filled with 'concrete'. This for us was the only real problem, but when you have been walking all day, a good nights sleep is essential and unfortunately we didn't get that. We had a room on the first floor overlooking the street which was a bit noisy late at night, but as the bed was so hard we weren't woken up anyway as we were lying there nursing the pins and needles which had set in. The breakfast attendant on the first and last day (same guy) was pretty grumpy and unhelpful unlike all the others. Breakfast selection wasn't great, but the eggs and bacon were perfect.

Location couldn't be better!!! Area is full of good restaurants, gelaterias, caffees... Hotel is very nice and feels like private. Windows of the room aren't "noice proof" so you can hear people talking on the street etc., but luckily it's pedestrian zone. Mattress was pretty hard.

The first room we stayed in was a bit to small and the stairs took up to much space in the room, however after a request, we got changed to a very spacious room. Both the rooms were clean, bathrooms were clean, and the buffet breakfast was also very nice (if you don't eat to much in the morning). There is also a computer in the lobby which you can use for internet access. The wifi coverage is very good. Location of the hotel is excellent. Staff is very helpfull. Beds were a little to hard. The heating system doesn't work too well, but you can figure it out and get the best out of it with some adjustments every now and then.

The hotel is located about 50 meters from the Pantheon which is a short walk from the Trevi fountain and many of the significant monuments are easily walkable. The hotel is surrounded by Piazzas that are full of restaurants and interesting shops. For Rome, location was perfect. Staff were friendly and helpful and would arrange access to museums, car to the airport etc. Room was comfortable and well appointed with free wi- fi. We enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.

We stayed for 3 days and were pleasantly surprised by the size of the room compared to standard European standards. The check in process was very detailed with guidance and maps reviewed and discussed. The hotel is just steps away from the Pantheon and is withiin easy walking distance to many tourist destinations. The hotel has it's own history which has been preserved yet updated for today's traveller. We enjoyed the days at the hotel and in Rome and recommend this hotel to any age group.

Staff was exceptionally helpful and very nice. Breakfast was very good. Hotel is centrally located and transportation is available to and from the airport which was very convenient. Theressa and Roberto were very helpful and nice. I did not like the hotel key controlling the electricity for the room, but understand why it is done to save. Gentleman working in the dining room was not friendly and seemed to prefer waiting on the Italian guests. Breakfast generally was not ready at 0700. He did not begin to set it up until 10-15 minutes after 0700. Since we had several morning tours this was a bit of a problem.

This hotel is in a fabulous location on a pedestrianised side street right next to the Pantheon. There are only about 12 rooms and it has less the feel of a hotel than a B & B with a nice lounge area downstairs and staff on the desk who were very curteous, helpful and attentive. It offered a very good breakfast (apart from the coffee!) with lots of fresh fruit and eggs freshly cooked to order. Internet use was free. There are some very good and reasonably priced restaurants in the next street (which the hotel recommended). Our room was in the eaves-very small indeed but comfortable and being on the back was very quiet. Also very clean. The hotel was recommended by friends and we would unhesitatingly stay there again and recommend it ourselves. However whether rooms on the front would be quiet enough I am not so sure. The coffee at breakfast was undrinkable. Friends who stayed in rooms on the front said the street was noisy -though when the widow was shut and air-conditioning on it was fine.

Beautiful room and bath, constant air conditioning (not always reliable in Italy) and helpful staff. Unbeatable location in the shadow of the Pantheon. Great little restaurants and shopping around the corner. Difficult often to get a reservation due to popularity.

The staff was excellent! They were great with our young children. Breakfast was delicious and made to order. We were right next to all the major sights of Rome so we could take the kids back to the hotel for a nap in the afternoon. Our room was spacious and the air conditioner worked fantastic.
