Staff was very helpful at the reception - breakfast had enough choices - wi-fi internet worked smoothly - room was clean/tidy and enough space for a single occupancy I stayed at the first floor - and doors were quite thin, so if you like to sleep late - as for a room in the second floor or higher as the noise from reception can be heard. Wasn't an issue for me as I was up before the reception.. But noticed it during day time. |

Very friendly welcome. Beautiful apartment with views out over the rooftops of Bologna. Helpful staff at all stages. Very easy access to town (5 mins walk to centre) and bus to airport 1 min away! Lovely. |

Highlights of this hotel are its central location in Bologna, its extraordinarily friendly and helpful staff, and its cleanliness and orderliness. Some amenities customary in more expensive hotels are missing, but it quickly becomes apparent that the appeal of those amenities fades in light of the the attributes the Paradise offers at its quite reasonable prices. |

All the staff were really friendly. The central location was very useful and a minute from an airport bus stop but far enough from the main streets so as to be quiet in the evenings. The breakfast was good, especially the coffee. |

we were staying in one of the apartments nearby the hotel, and it was a secure and gated location, offering privacy and comfort. The noise levels outside and above the apartment became quite irritating, but this may have been exacerbated by the ground floor location |

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Apartments are comfortable and spacious. Location is perfect as starting point for exploring Bologna, with authentic enotecas, osterias and restaurants close by (a few minutes walking). We'll definitely return! |

The staff on reception were very friendly and helpful. They spoke excellent English. The location of the hotel was very convenient and about 5/10 minutes walk to the main square in Bologna. The bed was rather hard, but that is a matter of personal preference. |
