Extremely helpful staff, we arrived after lunchtime and they showed us a place we would be able to eat. Close to everything, clean comfortable room, great breakfast. Highly recommend!

It was just an overnight stay and the hotel was adequate for that purpose.

The hotel is very central but not easy to find, being in a back alley off one of the main streets.

Friendly staff who clearly take pride in what they do, decent sized room with good shower pressure. Good choice of breakfast and close to most of Bologna's sites/amenities.

Lovely, comfortable hotel set just from the Main Street in Bologna. 15 minutes walk maximum to all the main sights. Plentiful breakfast buffet, free wifi everywhere. Some lovely bars within a few minutes. All in all an excellent choice if stopping in Bologna.

My sister and I spent a couple of nights in this hotel whilst we explored the city. I had a lot of questions as I am considering moving to Bologna, so I really wanted to get to know the city. The staff were extremely knowledgeable and always more than happy to help. The hotel is in an excellent location, about a 1 minute walk to the main street, and about 20-30mins from the airport with the bus which stops right around the corner from the hotel. Breakfast at the hotel was a self service buffet, consisting of a range of cereals, fruit, yoghurts, bread/toast, jams, ham and cheese, as well as teas and coffees. For lunch and dinner, there are some excellent restaurants nearby, which were also recommended to us by the hotel. The hotel was very clean throughout, and overall we thought it was excellent value for money.

We didn't have any complaints. One minor criticism would be that the shower was very small, but it was still very powerful so it wasn't really a problem for us. My sister suggested that tea and coffee facilities would be nice in the room, however, this was not a major problem as we were able to have tea and coffee in the hotel lobby instead.

The staff were very welcoming. The apartment [kitchen diner & bedroom] was well appointed and comfortable. The location in the heart of old Bologna, surrounded by pizzerias, trattorias & restaurants in a narrow street with next to no traffic, was perfect.

The bathroom was extremely narrow and - strangely, as everything else was pretty clean - the shutters on the bathroom window were filthy. Being on the ground floor, with windows opening onto a traditional Bolognaise courtyard, without the lights on it was very dark inside the flat - even at midday. It was fortunate that the street was not busy as there was no effective sound-proofing at all. It sounded as though the occasional people crossing the courtyard were inside the flat. Use earplugs if you're noise sensitive.
