Transfer zur Stadt war sehr hilfreich! Buslinien und Busfahrpläne sollten unbedingt den Gästen zur Verfügung gestellt werden! Frühstück war sehr gut, Auswahl reichlich! Die Speisekarte am Abend war sehr vielseitig ... dementsprechend aber auch recht hoch im Preis! Es fehlt "der kleine, preiswerte Snack" am Abend ! Sehr lästig waren die Stechmücken in der Nacht! Abhilfe könnte eine High- Voltage-Fliegenfalle bieten (leider immer noch recht teuer) |

Die Dame im Service an deer Bar war sehr aufmerksam, es war wohltuend, nach 7 Tagen Urlaub in einem anderen Hotel wieder Service zu erfahren. Leider hat das Hotel lagebindingt mit sehr viel Mücken zu kämpfen, "Mückenstecker" waren daher auf dem Zimmer vorhanden. Evt. Sollten die Türen mit Fliegengittertüren versehen werden. Die Klimaanlage war defekt. |

Gutes Frühstücksbuffet, Personal sehr freundlich. Das Hotel ist ein gut ausgerüstetes Businesshotel ohne Schnickschnack drum herum, d.h. ausser dem Zimmer und dem Restaurant stehen den Klienten, die nicht gerade eine Konferenz besuchen, keine weiteren Services zur Verfügung. Der Strand befindet sich auf der anderen Strassenseite einer sehr breiten Schnellstrasse und ist nicht sehr einladend aufgemacht. Definitiv nicht geeignet für Strandferien. Ab September wird der Strand bzw. der Lido abgebaut ohne Rücksicht auf die Bedürfnisse der Gäste. Man kann im Hotel zwar überall Wireless ins Internet (Achtung keine Verbindung am Strand!), aber bei knapp 7 Euro pro Std. oder 11 Euro pro Tag ein stolzer Preis! Ich habe meinen Aufenthalt von 7 Nächte auf 4 gekürzt, da ich etwas anderes erwartet hatte |

Strand war sehr sauber, Dienstleistung am Strand war sehr gut. Zimmer und Duschen sehr ordentlich und sauber. Auskünfte waren eher zu wenig ausreichend. Zu wenig Information für Neureisende in Sizilien. |

Das Hotel war schön, das Morgenessen konnte in der Nähe des Pools eingenommen werden. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr gut. Beim Spülen war das Wasser manchmal braun. |

Free parking. Wifi works very well. Restaurant quality. Comfort. NH level, much higher than regular italian hotels. Wifi could be free (as the room tariff is not exactly cheap). Room had some small maintenace flaws. |

The staff was very helpful, the room was appointed beautifully, the restaurant had excellent choices, the bar was extensive, the Internet was available, breakfast was delicious/extensive..... all in all it was an excellent choice for a special hotel close to the airport. |

The lady on the front desk was really helpful The location is great for getting to the airport but not nice for anything else. The hotels has a private beach but from the website it is not obvious that to access it you have to cross a large road. The surroundings too are quite awful. |

the staff were very nice and helpful, polite and very well presented. Excellent communicaters and ver efficient It is a hotel for business people. The pool and "private" beach both advertised as being open were shut. It is on a main road, very near the airport and it took over an hour to get in and out of Catarnia by car no matter what the time of day or night. I would not reccomend this hotel as a holiday destination it is very much for business clientel and perfect for conferences and business meetings |

Pool in hotel, better than a city crowded beach outside (dirty sand there), possibilty to sit on a terrace in front of room, airportshattle communication with service in eng. little comlicated, price list from minibar in room dissapeared on 2nd day of stay. the drink from minibar, which we thaught costed 4,5euro, turned out to cost 8euro. by asking for a pricelist again we couldnt get it directly to see 8euro printed. bc had to leave for plain we paid, but the discomfort stayed (in such good hotel, the services and prices should be clear) |

no airport shuttle bus as advertised (it was a sunday and no bus available) we were advisec the night before that they would call a taxi in the morning for us which wouyld come immediately. it turned out the taxi took nearly an hour to come and we nearly missed our flight! |
