I liked the location compared to what else was available in tihs area.

The rugs in the hallways were stained. There is no free Internet except for 30 minutes a day. The cost of the Internet was 10 euros a day. The rest. Has a limited menu. There isn't much parking available.

We chose this hotel because of its proximity to Catania airport and were pleased with its design, cleanliness, and responsive staff. It is about 10 minutes from the airport and the hotel shuttle was arranged for an early flight. The staff was very acccomodating and David, the bartender was especilaay friendly and pleasant to talk to.

Very close to the airport and business park. Beach is right accross the road. Attention to detail in the rooms was excellent, big fluffy towles and dressing gowns, slippers and lots of free pampering stuff in the bath room. Sea view balcony was lovely to sit in the sun first thing, and great at night with local wine, bread ham and cheese. Worth the little extra to upgrade to a premium room. Hotel staff were very helpful.

People generally were quite miserable and abrupt, but this seems to be normal for this area wherever you go, not just this hotel. Taxis here are very expensive, but car hire is very cheap. For the cost of a 10 minute ride to the airport, 23 euro, you can hire a car for a day. Hotel bar was expensive, but local supermarket has big wine selection at very good prices. Internet access in rooms is very expensive.

Close to airport. We arrived late on Friday (11.30 pm) for a family event the day after in Ragusa and were well received and attended.

Noisyness if your neighbours decide to smoke & chat on the balcony at 4 am... Had to leave very early on Sunday (5.15 am) and no coffee available whatsoever...

The hotel advertise free shuttle to the airport, which is partially true. Upon arrival I was told the shuttle does not work on Sundays, on Tuesday when I was leaving, I wanted to book the shuttle for mid day and I was told it only works between 6 and 8 am only. Needless to say I was frustrated as that was the main reason I stayed there.

The staff were wonderful and most helpful. The accommodations were comfortable and very clean. The food was exceptional.

The room faced a construction site. Although there was not any loud noise associated with this - the view itself was not relaxing. However, even having said that the hotel was really suited for buisness travelers and having to travel much in my work - I found the hotel to be exceptionally comfortable and inviting.

The airport pick up and drop off service was good.

The food in the restaurant was not very good and neither was the breakfast. I expected better food for the money I spent.

Proximity to airport. Very helpful staff. Very clean and organized rooms.

Isolated from shopping places and restaurants.

I checked in a 2am, and it was no problem. Breakfast on a patio was also very pleasant.

hotel website offered shuttles to airport if pre-booked. I requested when I made the booking - but as it turned out, no shuttles on sunday ! Why ? Taxi to airport was 30 Euro (not 20 as the hotel told me it would be). Swimming pool looked lovely , but didnt open until 10am...useless for a quick overnight stay and 10am departure

Excellent location near the sea (2 minutes to reach the water), private beach with free towels and sun loungers, close location to the airport and city, free shuttle to the Catania city center, friendly personnel with good English, clean and comfortable rooms, balcony in each room, swimming pool

Hôtel 4 étoiles. Si réservé assez tôt, pris supportable. Belle qualité. Transfert à l'aéroport gratuit même très tôt.

Le balcon ne s'ouvre pas.

Chambre bien équipée et agréable. A cote de l'aéroport !

Petit déjeuner a revoir, peu de choix au buffet. Le personnel du petit déjeuner, est peu attentif , très occupe a redresser des tables alors qu'il n'y a avait plus personne dans la salle ! ! Surprenant...
