The hotel was close to the airport, which was essential for me as we stayed just one night to reach an early morning flight. Nice, relaxing beach. |

Close to fine beach, silent (excl. close distance to airport) No optional offers you can buy (excl. trip to Etna), I do not advise for visitors w/o own transport: - bus to the town 1/hour (was 40 min delay), shuttle offered by hotel not available (no in weekends, in weekdays no chance because of "traffic") |

After we changed rooms extra towels were brought immediately (the room initially only had towels for one person). Breakfast was reasonably good (apart from the quality of some of the bread). We especially chose this hotel because of the swimmingpool and private beach. The pool could nog be used before half May. The private beach was nog yet available either. At first we got a room with a view over the parking, although there were hardly any guest in the hotel. After an 'extensive' search we were offered a room with a view of the garders. |

The beach was nearby. The shutlle bus was fine. In the advertisement the hotel had a shuttle bus between the airport of Catania and the Hotel and Hotel and city centre. The shuttle was not available on the 25th of april ,the 26th of april and in the afternoon of the 1st of May. Informing when the shuttle is available!! Taxies from and to the airport are expensive. |

Four star staff service and comfort. Excellent location - close to the airport and to the city. Easy access to motorways Could benefit from more facilities. Slightly small rooms and swimming pool, however both very clean and efficient. |

Comfortable and clean rooms, polite and attentive staff The location is far from Catania. The free shuttles that the hotel offers are great but the fact that there are no shuttles during late evening (at least one, e.g. at around 23:00) is not very comfortable as most people go to the city in the evenings and have to return on taxis. |

Location is not in a very nice area. You'd expect a 4* hotel to be located in a nicer area. Poor view from balcony. Price for such a hotel is very high. |

Staff was very helpful especially to advise us to take a different route to Ragusa than Google Maps indicated us. They helped us to avoid to drive through the worst neigbourhood of Catania. That was very very good of the receptionist. The room was quite small for its price. There was a table with 2 small club chairs crammed in between the telly and the door. You could hardly sit in them without rearranging the room. There was hardly enough room for our suitcases |

The property and staff are very good and the rooms are lovely - all have a lovely balcony. The restuarant is high quality but expensive. I would have to give the hotel complex and staff high marks. It is located in an area where there are no other decent restaurants. |
