Staff very helpful. Good shuttle service to aiport and city

The proximity to the airport was wonderful for an early morning departure. The menu, service and food in the restaurant was definitely above grade for a business hotel.

I find the hotel totally inflexible. Several weeks prior to departure, we were in need of changing our reservation by one day, they refused to move the reservation, and stated that we would be charged the total cost of the room as a cancellation fee. We were not cancelling, we were simply trying to move the reservation by one day! While the hotel touts a shuttle service to and from the airport, they refused to pick me up from the airport after leaving my rental car. The distance according to my gps was 1mile which cost me 20 euros to hire a cab. The cabbies in Catania are unethical to say the least and have some sort of relationship with the hotels where they can charge this outrageous fee for a 1 mile trip. This facility also claims to have a private beach... The truth is, that it is across a 4 lane road and the beach is filthy.

The buffet breakfast was good

Difficult to find in the dark. Price of drinks was astronomical.

The staff were wonderful and most helpful. The accommodations were comfortable and very clean. The food was exceptional.

The room faced a construction site. Although there was not any loud noise associated with this - the view itself was not relaxing. However, even having said that the hotel was really suited for buisness travelers and having to travel much in my work - I found the hotel to be exceptionally comfortable and inviting.

The airport pick up and drop off service was good.

The food in the restaurant was not very good and neither was the breakfast. I expected better food for the money I spent.

I checked in a 2am, and it was no problem. Breakfast on a patio was also very pleasant.

hotel website offered shuttles to airport if pre-booked. I requested when I made the booking - but as it turned out, no shuttles on sunday ! Why ? Taxi to airport was 30 Euro (not 20 as the hotel told me it would be). Swimming pool looked lovely , but didnt open until 10am...useless for a quick overnight stay and 10am departure

Excellent location near the sea (2 minutes to reach the water), private beach with free towels and sun loungers, close location to the airport and city, free shuttle to the Catania city center, friendly personnel with good English, clean and comfortable rooms, balcony in each room, swimming pool

Pool was very nice and nearness of the beach across the street. Also the breakfast buffet was very nice.

The bed was a little hard. The internet is expensive.

The staff were friendly and helpful. Also they had an excellent airport shuttle service as well as a shuttle to the downtown of Catania.

Their prices are out of line for the quality/size of the rooms. A 4-star hotel normally has much bigger rooms. We stayed in bed and breakfasts in southeastern Sicily that were bigger and more comfortable for way less than 1/2 the price of this hotel. Also, 6 Euros for a small bottle of beer at the hotel bar was really out of line. You don't even pay that much in a real 4-star hotel in Switzerland.

The helpfulness of the staff at the main desk as well as the wait staff in the dini8ng room were very accomodating.
