Уборка номеров каждый день, чисто, комфортно Ужасная кухня на обед и ужин. Очень дорого и совершенно не съедобно. Заказала snack за 7 евро, принесли 2 мокрых и холодных бутерброда со сморщиными помидорами. Есть это было не возможно! В конце сентября у них уже закрыт сезон, по близости негде питаться, только в город ехать, пешком минут 50-60 по ужасно грязным улицам во многих местах без тротуаров, а такси 15 евро (могут и больше содрать), а так на обед и ужин туда и обратно если в город ездить, то накладно получается. Лучше ездить на автобусе, до которого еще идти надо минут 15. |

Free parking. Wifi works very well. Restaurant quality. Comfort. NH level, much higher than regular italian hotels. Wifi could be free (as the room tariff is not exactly cheap). Room had some small maintenace flaws. |

Free car park,wireless internet facility,close and easy access to the airport and highway. The bed!!! 2 pcs for one king bed!!! It was not confortable.. |

The staff was very helpful, the room was appointed beautifully, the restaurant had excellent choices, the bar was extensive, the Internet was available, breakfast was delicious/extensive..... all in all it was an excellent choice for a special hotel close to the airport. |

The lady on the front desk was really helpful The location is great for getting to the airport but not nice for anything else. The hotels has a private beach but from the website it is not obvious that to access it you have to cross a large road. The surroundings too are quite awful. |

the staff were very nice and helpful, polite and very well presented. Excellent communicaters and ver efficient It is a hotel for business people. The pool and "private" beach both advertised as being open were shut. It is on a main road, very near the airport and it took over an hour to get in and out of Catarnia by car no matter what the time of day or night. I would not reccomend this hotel as a holiday destination it is very much for business clientel and perfect for conferences and business meetings |

Staff extremely friendly and helpful, rooms clean and comfortable, very enjoyable stay. Free shuttle bus to/from airport and city centre not available on Saturdays or Sundays. |

Pool in hotel, better than a city crowded beach outside (dirty sand there), possibilty to sit on a terrace in front of room, airportshattle communication with service in eng. little comlicated, price list from minibar in room dissapeared on 2nd day of stay. the drink from minibar, which we thaught costed 4,5euro, turned out to cost 8euro. by asking for a pricelist again we couldnt get it directly to see 8euro printed. bc had to leave for plain we paid, but the discomfort stayed (in such good hotel, the services and prices should be clear) |

apreciated the establishement as a whole would stay there again an would not hestitate to recommend it to any one. appreciated the fact that we could communicate with the staff front desk, dining room, an the staff were warm caring |

no airport shuttle bus as advertised (it was a sunday and no bus available) we were advisec the night before that they would call a taxi in the morning for us which wouyld come immediately. it turned out the taxi took nearly an hour to come and we nearly missed our flight! |

Close to fine beach, silent (excl. close distance to airport) No optional offers you can buy (excl. trip to Etna), I do not advise for visitors w/o own transport: - bus to the town 1/hour (was 40 min delay), shuttle offered by hotel not available (no in weekends, in weekdays no chance because of "traffic") |

After we changed rooms extra towels were brought immediately (the room initially only had towels for one person). Breakfast was reasonably good (apart from the quality of some of the bread). We especially chose this hotel because of the swimmingpool and private beach. The pool could nog be used before half May. The private beach was nog yet available either. At first we got a room with a view over the parking, although there were hardly any guest in the hotel. After an 'extensive' search we were offered a room with a view of the garders. |

The beach was nearby. The shutlle bus was fine. In the advertisement the hotel had a shuttle bus between the airport of Catania and the Hotel and Hotel and city centre. The shuttle was not available on the 25th of april ,the 26th of april and in the afternoon of the 1st of May. Informing when the shuttle is available!! Taxies from and to the airport are expensive. |
