Reasonable sized rooms. Close to station for Venice. The problem with owner run hotels is that owning a place doesn't make you good at dealing with your clients. And your staff aren't going to be pointing that out to you. Multiple incidents over two days of which I will relate two.... Internet access is advertised as free... but he would only allow us one logon and said we had to pay if we wanted a second... so we couldn't check our email at the same time.... petty or what? Early one morning I snuck downstairs before everyone was up to go and check my email. There I am sitting at 7am in the lobby and he acosts me telling me it's against the rules for me to sit down there without shoes on. And it's not exactly the Ritz. |

The staff spoke excellent English and were most helpful. Wake up call on time. Excellent breakfast. We stayed in room 25 and throughout the night there was an intermittent "buzzing sound" from the wall plug adjacent to the bed. It sounded like something was being recharged in the next room. We had to place a pillow over the plug to reduce the noise to a level where we could get to sleep. |

The room and the bathroom were renovated. Room was clean and not too small. Hotel is small, there is nothing to do for children. At the breakfast the vegetables were not fresh. There is nothing to see at the TV, also the image quality is not so good. |

This turned out to be an excellent choice for visiting Venice on a budget. Our family room was recently refitted, spotless and spacious enough. All staff were very helpful. Breakfast was better than expected. Location was ideal for Venice, being near the station. Thoroughly recommended. Tea/coffee maker would have been useful |

Friendly staff with a welcoming and positive attitude, immaculately clean. For the money (e246 for three nights) it was excellent value. Less than 2 minutes to Mestre station so great for Venice, Padova, Verona and Treviso. One of the breakfast waitressess was a bit grumpy, but the other was always excellent. |

Great location for the train station and for buses into Venice. Reception staff were very helpful on various occasions. Even though I arrived early, they got my room cleaned and ready so that I could check in. I had an issue with the safe that they resolved quickly and efficiently. |

Room was excellent ' included air con which was very much needed in August and a fridge and safe. Also excellent shower, bidet etc.Tv.The lady at reception was brilliant- excellent English and gave us lots of advice and help. Hotel was very close to the station- 2 mins and trains ran every few minutes to Venice- 1 euro each way. Very quiet considering closeness to station. We were very relieved to be staying here when we saw people in Venice lugging suitcases over bridges etc to get to their hotels!! Would definitely recommend. |

Beautiful design of the rooms. LCD TVs. Good breakfast. A big paid parking lot in front of the hotel. The railway station is quite near, however it’s quiet. There are rooms for 4 persons, which is comfortable for families with children. The cool air from the air-conditioner goes straight to your bed and you may catch cold. |
