It is owner operated so the service was excellent. The staff were very helpful providing information about how to get around in Venice, good places to eat etc. The breakfast, included in the room cost, was more substantial than I had expected. The roomas were small but very clean. |

When we arrived it was raining, and the hotel staff was wonderful. They were waiting for our arrival and had everything ready. We were 4 adults with 1 child (5 yrs). We reserved a Quad room, and it was very clean and comfortable for all of us to stay in. The hotel was literally across the street from the train station, which was fantastic since we were visiting Venice. Nothing! Loved the staff, they were helpful and friendly. Allowing us to borrow umbrella's when we didn't have enough. I have nothing negative to say about Hotel Paris. |

The location was great.The train station was almost across the street from the hotel and so was bus station.The train that takes you 10 minutes to get to Venice (the island).The room was very clean and nicely furnished.We had a triple room and it had the third bed build in the wall, which was cool because we could put it back on the wall for extra space.Very good for city break and to visit Venice Majority of the staff spoke very poor english,but we got along.You cant get unlimited internet connection.That was bad.If you need 5 hours of internet you have to go down stairs 5 times(once every hour with the price of 5euros per hour).All rooms were non smoking.The breakfast was a bit poor, but tasty. |

Cleanliness I could hear the other guests talking in their rooms and if the quests were talking in the floor hall was like they were talking in my room and this was a real inconvenience. |

Nice new fernitured room, very good breakfast. Small hotel, small room for 4 persons, limited free internet access into the lobby (a few minutes only), the bathroom was smelly, parking was too narrow and expensive, the area around the hotel wasn't nice. |
