Very nice, modern hotel. I staid there 4 times, and I could say that Parma & Congressi is one of the best hotels in Parma. Professional personal. I advice you to stay in Parma & Congressi. Is not located in the center of the city.

Good spacious room with amenities expected in most business travel hotels. Great deal during Christmas. Eerily empty during Christmas. If there was another guest in the hotel when we checked in, they did not have a car. By morning there were 5-6 cars in the lot. In any case, even with most of the rooms available, we were put in a room with the closet door off its track which made it useless, something that should have been caught by house cleaning.

The price fo the rooms are really good I didn't like the place of the hotel, the rooms are quite old and we had to walk a lot between the recepction to aour bedroom.

Ottima professionalità, belle camere, buona posizione per soggiorno di lavoro. Ottima la varietà e l'offerta della colazione. Per il costo aggiuntivo richiesto per la colazione avrei preferito prodotti da forno freschi e non precotti e un cappuccino fatto al bar invece che alla macchinetta, ma erano comunque di qualità accettabile.
