Hotel Parma & Congressi

Although it's not a hotel close to the city, Hotel P & C has everything you need to have a great day without needing anythng from outside. We had a good dinner and went to bes in comfortable room. Next morning a great breakfast also.

Thought some members of the staff were to stressed out or angry. Although in general they were kind and polite,

Hotel is rated 4 star. Rooms and common areas were 4 star. Service was 3 star. Grounds and exterior maintenance were 0 star.

Pool area and exterior of hotel was unexplainably poorly maintained. Grass and flower beds full of weeds. Walkways had weeds and cigarette butts. Most ash trays and cigarette "sand cans" were full of butts. Pool area was exceedlingly poorly maintained for a hotel such as this. Most problems could have been remidied relatively easily and cheaply, but was very disconcerting to us and our traveling companions. Told the manager, but she seemed unconcerned.

very quiet place, good parking space and excellent and helpfully staff

Hotel is very clean and modern. Rooms are a good size with a quality bathroom. The hotel is just outside the town centre but the taxi drive costs 17 euro.

On the night of arrival we were told that the hotel restaurant was closed for 3 days except for breakfast which meant going into town each night for a meal. When the restaurant did reopen it was very expensive

La jacuzzi non funzionava e in altri Hotel di uguale categoria anche alcuni servizi della spa o fitness sono offerti nella quota e non a pagamento

Colazione: per chi preferisce il salato c'è l'imbarazzo della scelta, ma per chi preferisce il dolce, la sceltà è limitata.

Il ristorante e' costoso e arredato come una pizzeria.

Ho apprezzato molto la gentilezza della reception, mi trovavo liì per un corso di formazione e sono stata trattata benissimo, la colazione inoltre è molto abbondante!!

La posizione che lo rende facilmente accessibile come punto di arrivo e base per possiibili escursioni, la qualità dei servizi, la tariffa specificamente utilizzata, la facilità di parcheggio.

Nous avons aimé les chambres, le jardin, la piscine et le petit déjeuner. Le personnel était arrangeant et de bons conseil pour la visite de la ville.

le jacuzzi de la chambre ne fonctionnait pas alors que nous avions choisi cette chambre pour ça., la salle de gym était sale, voire très sale.
