Hotel Exe Perusia    

It was good location for base to travel around Umbria by car.

First of all I did not expect such a luxury. It is a very nice and clean Hotel. If we come again we will for sure book again and thanks for evereything

The position. What i mean is that we could not find it at first as I had to tell neighbours where is the hotel. If there are more signs I think it would be better.

For the price I paid (60 euros), this was a great hotel. A 15-20 minute walk to the main piazza. Free parking.

Wifi on our floor didn't work.

Comfortable and clean room and friendly staff. Value for money. Not so far from Perugia centre (15 minutes of walking). Free parking.

Noisy and dark position of the room, close to a door that was open and closed many times during the early morning and the only window faces a wall. No internet in the room, just in the common areas.

It's a very pleasant modern hotel. The staff were freindly. There is private parking. The bedroom decor was excellent and it was extremely quiet.

Nothing worked. The electronic doorkey didn't work. The airconditioning didn't work. The wifi didn't work. Some of the lights didn't work. IT's a 20 minute steep climb to the centro storico. The check-out receptionist needed a calculator to add 53 euros and 4 euros. He checked it twice

Very comfortable room and not far from the old town center. We feel this is the best choice we made for the whole trip. Free parking is a plus. We'll definitely come back if we visit Perugia again.

Very comfortable for our two families. The roof garden was a great place to relax. Free parking was a big plus.

The location was just a bit far from the centre of Perusia for older people to walk (uphill). The bus worked well, if not frequently.

Modern Hotel with good facilities, and good restaurant adjacent. On-site secure parking.

门口有汽车站,走到市中心有点远. Bus station at the doorside and walk to the city center to far.

Bed was cheap, hard foam! Breakfast was cold and they had 'squash' instead of real juice. Tasted horrible. Kids and wife wouldn't drink it. Hotel shuttle was to center of town was a joke (only between 10-11am) useless. Pool was only 20 sq/meters- more like an oversized jacuzzi. Should have staid in town, but we were duped by the 'free shuttle', parking, and pool.

The views over Umbria are outstanding from the roof top- which has the bonus of a small pool

Perugia is a magnificent ancient city the walk into the centre is slightly disappointing but keep going its worth it There is a bus stop outside the hotel

excellent value for money, walking distance to the city centre as well as for sightseeing around umbria. clean rooms with all the facilities you would need along with a nice swimming Pool On Top of the roof with stunning views towards the surrounding countryside

they did Not mention the fact that they were expanding the Hotel during our stay causing construction noise during One morning. This was solved however after telling the staff

Very good location, just about a 20 minutes walk to the centre of Perugia. The views from the top of the Hotel balcony are superb.

The room, the free minibar, the breakfast, the rooftop pool.

The pictures on booking.com make the hotel look nicer than it is. Good functional hotel but nothing special

Nice hotel with great views from the rooftop where the pool was. Breakfast was very good.

The staff that we dealt with we're very brusque and didn't have very good customer service skills. When we asked for a map it was a chore for the girl to tell us anything. I asked for the use of an iron and they said no, which I didn't expect from a 4 star hotel.

(I) A free shuttle into Centre of Perrugia is advertised on web-site. The reality is it only runs between 10.30 to 11.30. The very limited time for using the shuttle should be made known on web-site. This feature was one of the main reasons for booking hotel. This is bad (ii) very good free wi-fi service in rooms etc

(i) See above re misleading information about shuttle service into Centro (ii) deluxe rooms face the valley view but are exceptionally noisy right thru night as are on main road out of town to Asissi & Gubio. It was so noisy throughout the night that we had to move to a standard room, no noise whatsoever. (iii) regular black coffee ib breakfast room luke warm. Staff did not respond to criticism.

Lovely, renovated room, and a rooftop swimming pool and terrace, at a great price. The restaurant serves fantastic food - lots of game meats and local specialty dishes, with super service to boot. We'll definitely come again!

Wouldn't change a thing!

The staff was extremely nice, very efficient. The hotel is located within 1,5km from the city centre. Very nice breakfast buffet. Handy hotel for one or two nights.

Although the rooms are very nicely refurbished they are impersonal. Although there a swimming pool and a bar terrace, both really lack in comfort and cosiness. The pool chairs are horrible and mine was broken !
