All staff were very friendly, helpful and welcoming. Good choice of things for breakfast, which in good weather can be taken on the pleasant terrace. Very high cost of short telephone calls from the room. |

The location was very good for getting out of the city in the AM. Breakfast was very good with lots of choices. Tour groups jam up the small elevator and it can take a long time to get back to your room. |

The hotel was rated 4 star but we felt that we had 3 star service. The front of house staff were welcoming, cleaning staff cheerful but most of the restaurent staff were not so friendly. Not something we have experienced in Italy before as normally the waiters are over enthusiastic especially if there is a lady in the party! The food was good, if expensive and some of the portions would not be enough for a client with a good appetite. |

Very good value for money. Staff was very friendly, always ready to give information about cities/trips/... . The breakfast was good with enough choice. The food in the restaurant was very good. The roof with the pool has a superb view of the surroundings. At about a 25-minute walk from the city centre, it's not needed to take the car out to get there. Finding a parking spot was sometimes a bit difficult. The bath room was aging a bit. The bar on top of the building should be open more for people at the pool. |

Staff friendly and very helpful.Magnificent views of surrounding countryside.Convenient for historical town centre.Comfortable beds, excellent breakfast We stayed on two separate nights, a week apart. First in the newer part of the hotel in 'special offer' rooms which you arranged, which were superior to what we would usually afford. The second night was in the older part of the hotel (same price/offer), comfortable, but a bit dated and tatty and without the super view. The twin room booked was in fact a family room so one adult had to sleep in a rather short child's bed. Had it been more then one night we would've complained.A bit disappointing after the first rooms we had. |

Nice Hotel. 15 min walk from City. Ask at reception for new room. Old ones look very tired. The new part of the hotel was very nice. |

Good value for a very reasonable price. It is not really a 4 stars but compared with other hotels, it is very satisfactory for the price we payed. A little bit far away from the city center, about 25 minutes by foot. |

Good price quality range and a good breakfast.Superior Room was nice and comfortable. We booked two rooms; economy and superior. The economy room was a bit smelly and the shower was lousy. We came in on Friday afternoon 28-08. The reception woman was nice but very inadequate. We were confrontated with a rude costumor and she was not trained well to handle the situation. The hotel is a bit too far from the old centre on walking distance. |

The hotel is especially convenient for visitors who arrive with their own car, as in Perugia is difficult to park. It is outside of the city walls, but of walking distance (20 min.) to the city center. In front of the hotel there is a bus stop. The breakfast was good, which is seldom in Italy. The price of 49 Euro per night is an excellent value for money. |

The hotel was very comfortable with good air conditioning, parking and breakfast. The staff were very helpful at all times. The pool is smaller than implied in the hotel description and the Wi-Fi was a bit patchy in the rooms but good in public areas. |
