Bargain Price, Great Room, Amazing Breakfast, Fast Free internet!!! Roof top pool. Easily accessable by bus (from the city or station (bus stop 50m from the hotel!). 10-15min walk to the city. This place is awesome! Being woken up at 7:30am by construction noises (hammering, drilling etc). Impossible to sleep through) |

Good value for money this Hotel - I little like a travel lodge though. Service was excellent with free use of the internet and printer. Location would have been difficult to find without satnav, as the hotel is slightly outside the centre. |

The staff were wonderfully helpful and the rooms were fantastic and spacious! They have a villa opposite which is their restaurant and dinner here was brilliant- really lovely traditional cuisine! Great selction at breakfast also. You may find it better to eat here in the evening as most of the resturants in Perusia do not have English menus. About a 15 minute walk into town, great views, |

Located just outside walled city. Views from rooftop pool and bar were outstanding and amongst the best seen.Bed very comfortable and room clean and large. Value (B&B) was outstanding. Free onsite Parking was a bonus. |

Leaving the hotel Roof terrace a mess, pool not opened, tiny lift, room not made up, time warp decor, room safe did not work, no bath, no kettle/tea making facilities, manager was always busy when I wanted to explain our problems, low cost but still a rip off. Avoid. |

Room was clean and comfortable. Easy access to the city. Friendly and helpful staff Airconditioning was not able to get temperature down below 26 degrees which was still a bit warm |

Excellent and friendly Hotel Staff. Free Internet PC. Very good Breakfast. Good and safe car parking place. Hotel location in vicinity of Perugia downtown (1.4 Km) being the same time in a countryside environment. Roof Garden and Air-Condition, not yet activated (because of constructions). |

There was something special about the staff , they were friendly ,approachable,very knoweledgable on every topic posed to them. They were especially helpfull when we had a travel problem to get back to the uk, (I.E. contacting Itallien eurostar,SNCF and Eurostar France) making phone calls at there own expense to help us with our needs. They spent nearly one and half hours on their phone to help |

Everything. Was a fabulous hotel and would thoroughly recommend it. The view we had from our room over the Umbrian hills was fantastic and the food in the restaraunt was also great. The room itself was huge and I couldn't fault the place. Could have been a little nearer to the centre of the town but that's it. |

It was convenient to walk into town. Access to the internet was much apreciated. The breakfast was good. The sound and picture quality of the televisions was poor. The hotel lacked atmosphere. Perhaps a cafe in the entrance would be apreciated. It was like the Marie Celeste except at breakfast. |
