Helpful staff Very clean
Room without daylight... Poor swimming pool.
Good hotel, very clean and big rooms. The hotel is not far from the citycentre.
The restaurant attached to the hotel
A pool on the roof with a beautiful view, really huge room, very good location, friendly staff
A little renovation is needed to the room we stayed (a room for 4 person): the carpet has spots, and the whole look of the room seems a little "old" as if it used to be the best 5 star hotel and these times were gone. But for that money it doesn't matter
Room very big, view brilliant.
Lack of a bar and restaurant, one across the way but not actually in hotel. Two long a walk into town, not nice area or walking facility. One tiny lift no stairs just fire escape, not nice. Tiny swimming pool on top of hotel, too small and hardly any sun loungers or facilities up there. Sw Hi chris glad to know that you are alright, even though I'm sure your really shook up. Sorry we couldn't get to meet up, nearly made it. I was just getting in touch with Tina at 11.30 this morning to tell her that I had come from my friend Margaret's house five minute before and had been sick with a bad stomach ache, she said I was as white as a sheet. I think there is so e sort of virus, which includes sore throat etc. Can you get your glasses on your insurance? Sent from my iPad
Free Garage Good WiFi
Amazing views over Perugia and the surrounding landscape. Easy access to the historic city if you can walk up a few steep hills!
The pool. The impression on the website was that there was a substantial roof top pool - in reality it was more of a kids pool which was disappointing
I liked the room which is very comfortable, immaculate clean and spacious.
What the hotel lacks is that the rooms do not have a kettle. I had to bring my own to prepare milk for my infant during the night. Breakfast is very bare minimum. Only the first day there was coffee available, otherwise it was upon request. Other savories which were finished from the counter were taking ages to be replaced.
Large and clean rooms. Fairly priced and reasonably close to city center. The bathroom was nice and the staff was friendly.
Breakfast is quite appalling. There are five uncushioned beds which makes the roof terrace. This is unsatisfactory for a hotel with at least 200 guests. The tv has got 110 canals, but they're all in Italian.
The view from the Swimming pool was great! We got a big room, well cleaned, good air conditioning. We didn't have breakfast at the hotel, there are many other options in the city. close to Asisi and Gubbio
if you arrive late in the hotel, prepare your maneuver skills to part the car ;)
The girl at the reception was very friendly and helped us with a smile
The breakfast was a bit chaotic
Parking Room Wifi
Breakfast No Reception
- breakfast was good - rooms were modern and comfortable - parking great - view from pool was spectacular - small osteria close to the hotel (just down the street) was excellent - not too far from historic centre (15 minute walk)
- carpet needs to be cleaned - pool patio looks partially abandoned - the majority of staff were great but the person on duty upon our arrival was rude and very unwelcoming - light bulbs missing - remote for t.v. missing batteries - access to parking garage should be cleaned
All the staff were very friendly. We had a flat tyre on our hire car and the receptionist sorted it out for us. Couldn't fault the hotel. About 15 minute walk to the centre of Perugia. However, it was worth it for the free parking. Great value for money and we will go back. Rooms spotless and well decorated. Free Wifi a bonus.
+ Free parking + We got a really economic offer although the hotel is more a 3 stars+ than a 4 stars.
- Location is bit far away from the city centre. - Small rooms. - Service correctness is below the average compared to other hotels we overtightened in Italy.
breakfast was very bad.
The garage under the Hotel make convenience. Nice and clean hotel. Helpful personal. Easy wifi and comfortable room. Good location.
Nice hotel. Great resturant next door. The pool was great! Good place to relax.
The location is ok, takes about 30-40 minutes to walk to the center.
- 10~15 min from the center of Perugia - 25 min from Perugia Airport - Reasonable prices
- Unwelcoming personnal - Very poor rooms: fungi on walls and very disturbing smell in the first, then when asked to change, very small room (<10m², <70cm around bed) - Out of date equipments and lifts - Circulation through technical areas to enter/exit via stairs - Not well maintained, especially the roof and swimming pool
The room was awesome, spacious, clean, new furniture and beautiful bathroom.
Old and dusty carpets everywhere, small pool and shabby and poorly maintained pool area, not enough beach beds, no bar, dirty and run down pool showers. The stairway leading up there is spooky.
We have stayed one night. There are two se room in the hotel, the new one, which is fine, but the old one is a disaster. We could hardly fit in the shower. The carpet was filthy, air-con was leaking, the TV was from the 70's and beds were uncomfortable old soft mattresses. Some light bulb were missing....
A large room with a safe and the views from the window was awesome.
The fridge was not working; we called the front desk and was offered another room but we did not accept the offer. Too much hustle for one night stay. The shower door was broken as well. We inforrmed the front desk person when we checked out.
