liked the proximity to town and station and eating joints. The surroundings away from the Termini station were quiet and safe. Maybe hot and regular tap water could be arranged in the lobby for preparing baby feed at night and for drinking at odd hours. |

The hotel was located very conveniently in an attractive part of the city near the railway station. The room was quiet, comfortable and spotless. The staff was friendly and helpful in providing recommendations for restaurants and transportation to the airport. Breakfast was delicious and filling. |

It was clean, comfortable and close to everything. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was on the street side and was quite noisy at night. |

The location to the Termini is fabulous and the reception staff were helpful. The room was clean and neat although quite small. Breakfast was nice. The room was extremely hot overnight, so much so that we had trouble sleeping. |

Clean and quite.. No trafic, Close to the central station, bus station and M, could reach everything very fast. Easy to walk and find. Possibility to order cappucino or espresso at breakfast with no extra charge. Not possible to order AC before may/june. It was a warm room so we had to sleep with open windows which was not so good in the mornings when the chuch bells started at 6.30 am. |

Room large and comfortable. Close to Termini Railway station. The guy at the desk was rude, abrupt and made me feel like I was a nuisance. Breakfast was very ordinary. Juice was watered down. |

Location was very good. Very close to Termini, yet in a quiet street. The room was quite big and spacious. The staff was friendly. The bathroom was too small. The additional bed in the room (i had requested for a triple room) was very uncomfortable. Breakfast could be better. |

Very easy to reach from Termini. Clean and neat, with good air conditioning. It was in a quite street with some restaurants, we recommend the one in the corner of Mille, wonderful pizzas prepared in stone oven. Hotel area did not seem dangerous to us. Hotel gives you a map for city, very useful, get one from the reception Comparably small room, |

Close to train station for easy transportation and access to hop on hope off bus. Clean, quiet place to stay, with adequate continental breakfast. Front desk staff quite helpful. Only negative comment has to do with th4 bed, which was way to hard for folks accustomed to soft pillowtop mattresses. |

The staff were ok but not that friendly or approchable. The room was uncomfortable with a very hard matteress - the clattering of cutlery by the catering staff at breakfast was disconcerting - why on earth the sink had to be in the same room as the tables is beyond me. When we stay in 5* hotels we notice a huge jump in how professional the staff come across - not great here. |
