proximity to Termini; cleanliness; warm bathroom; free wifi
- Wifi Connection not bad - Cosy and neat
- Breakfast - Size - Shower Area - Wardrobe - Bed - Heater
Very much noise from the other rooms and the street.
- clean rooms - location
- we got a room in Piemonte Residence, not a hotel. The entrance to the Residence was a bit scary and smelly plus we saw two rats on a stairway
Comfortable room ... The lady in charge of the breakfast was very friendly :)
Room was okay and Good !!
Bathrooms are very small
NEAR TERMINI, CLEAN ROOM. NICE STAFF. GOOD VAKUE FOR MONEY
Value for money. Location. Staff.
No safe box in the room.
Comfort of check in and helpfulness of the concierge Cleanliness of the room Central location of the hotel
Wifi did not work on our floor Breakfast time on weekends should have been extended
Great location, close to Termini station, excellent connections
Location and cleanliness was good
Our room had not refrigerator,
Close to termini and busses. Many restaurants nearby. Helpful staff in reception. Wi-Fi worked well. Nice clean room. Elevator worked every day.
Bad breakfast. Coffe awful. We had to stay in annexe to the hotel. We were not notified of that. The entrence were like a horror movie with a big door with scary sound but the room was very nice.
Close to the station (Termini). Clean simple room, and nice view (from top floor).
Breakfast was basic - a toaster would have been nice.
The hotel was very close to Termini station. The staff was nice and inviting. The room was rather big (although we got a room for 4 people instead of a room for two people).
When we arrived it took about 25 minutes to check us in. The breakfast was poor- no vegtables and low variety of cheese and othe foods. The walls of the rooms are sooo thin! We heared our neighbors loud and clear.
The first 5 nights were good. The location is very convenient and safe. There are many reasonably priced restaurants within walking distance
When I returned from a trip to Pompeii for a final night I was informed that the hotel was overbooked and that I would have to stay across the street even though I had the reservations in place for more than 6 months. The alternative hotel was smaller, darker, and noisier--more like a 2 star hotel.
Everything was great
Cleanliness, value for money, handy for train, central for sightseeing
Area rather scruffy with rubbish and graffiti in street, noisy at night, hard beds noisy air conditioning basic breakfast with tinned fruit and drinks from a vending macine
The room was clean and the air conditioning worked well to make for a comfortable stay. The area was quiet at night. The location was a very short walk from the train station, which was very convenient. It also allowed us easy access to the Metro and buses. The breakfast was good.
The desk staff varied in helpfulness. The man checking us in did not even offer us a map, when I asked for directions. When I asked some directions from a different man the next day, he immediately gave me a map and wrote directions.
The staff was excellent, breakfest was OK,room was cleand up every day very nice,we got small shampoos every day. Wi-fi signal was great in the room. I wolud recomend this hotel to anyone who is coming to Rome for leisure. Termini is 2 minutes on foot, while center is only 7 minutes far away. To Vatican it takes only 12 minutes by metro
Coffe on breakfest
Extremely kind and helpfull stuff ,clean room, renovated, big bed and many pillows. Location close to Termini Station. I booked it last minute for 54 euros and I think is a good value for money.
Single room(103) had a problem with wifi- the stuff tried to fix it but it worked only for 1/2 hour. It was quite noisy ( from the next door). There is humidity on the wall in the entrance of the room( probably from the next room s bathroom). I would not give the normal price ( 100 euros) for a single room with no internet.
A very easy walk from Termini Station in a perfectly reasonable part of Rome. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. I wouldn't want to spend a week there, but for a couple of nights it's perfectly good and well priced.
It's not the Ritz, but that's not what we were after. Breakfast is plain and simple - but when in Rome...
-4-person rooms are hard to come by -Breakfast included -proximity to Roma Termini -Room was clean and quiet
-biggest issue is location. Very close to Roma Termini but not near anything else. Dining choices were limited in the area, and not that great. Residence was not directly connected to hotel -had to walk down the street and enter through a different entrance -building was under renovation -our Queen-sized "bed" was a pullout couch. Each kid had a twin size of their own.
proximity to everthing
Location being v close to station
Booked 3 rooms as part of a group on 10. Air conditioner didn't work on the suite room in hot August weather. Bad sewage smell in one of the rooms. No satisfactory resolution by management on both the issues
