Chiara at the reception was a wonderful source of recommendations. All staff spoke many languages. The area is okay, certainly the nice wine bar close-by. The website says that the hotel was recently renovated. In fact, most parts of the hotel were not very new and our room was not renovated recently. I also did not like the small bed and blanket instead of duvet. Finally, I would want to stay closer to the old city centre. |

The staff were great. When they saw the kids they found us a PlayStation for the room. Plus lots of drawing and coloring things. |

Very helpful staff, rooms may be a somewhat smaller than the average but facilities are good. Taxis are easly arranged at reception and arrive quickly. |

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and nice ideal for a city break. The location is ok, near the railway station but the neighborhood is not so nice. The good thing is that you have a quick access to the main attractions of Torino and to the shopping streets. |

The staff were friendly and efficient, and couldn't do enough to help. The rooms have been recently refurbished in contemporary style and are comfortable and well-equipped, if rather small. I felt I got excellent value for money at the Piemontese. The location is perfect - a few blocks from the main railway station and close to the city centre, the river and all the sights. I would certainly come back to this hotel. |

Staff was very kind and helpful,room was comfortable.Breakfast was ok. Fair price for what you get. Hotel neighborhood is a little bit unpleasant in the evening. Furniture could be better. |

Letto matrimoniale spazioso, buona la doccia e la prima colazione. Apprezzabile l' impianto radio nella stanza...bagno compreso. Le foto della camera doppia Deluxe non corrispondevano alla camera poi da me effettivamente occupata: questa era decisamente meno confortevole e piuttosto anonima. Pulizia della camera approssimativa e bagno piuttosto datato ( eccetto la vasca da bagno). La zona ( San Salvario) non è poi delle migliori quanto a sicurezza. |

Le déjeuner n'était pas très frais: croissants de la veille, oeufs pas frais (1 pourri!) Le chauffage de la chambre 151 (sous le toit) était impossible à régler- la température était de 27° pour un 25 octobre! |
