Close to park and river, staff spoke english airconditionning stop working at night and needed to be re-setted by the morning shift staff. |

Hotel staff friendly and helpful. Extremely noisy environment. I hardly slept the four nights I stayed there due the noise from the street and doors banging in the hotel. Windows are not isolated so it hardly makes a difference to close them. The whole area is also very badly populated. Frightening at night... Problem with hot water so I had to shower cold the first two days. Lights in the room were partly defect. dark rooms. |

The breakfast was very good, with a vast variety of dishes to choose from. San Salvario neighbourhood, where the hotel is located, while very close to the main train station, remains dangerous with pushers and prostitution.The room I stayed in had very worn carpet and wall paper. Remodeling is required! |

Poor rooms. Room pictures are for the renovated section while received rooms were of poor quality in the old section. this is in fact misleading commercial information and subject to claim. Internet did not work either. bad hotel. |

Hotel is located in a somewhat blue-collar area with what looks like somewhat downtrodden but not hostile immigrants loitering about. I never felt uncomfortable though - but then again I'm a self-confident-looking male and rarely feel insecure. Other than that, the hotel is pleasant enough and located very close to the city center, sights, shopping museums. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. I would change the spring box mattresses, but I slept well nevertheless. |

It was located very close to the central train station. 5-10 min. walk. It was located very close to all the downtown Torino activities. Internet access was good. Great staff! Very accomodating. Limited room service. No peek holes on the hotel doors to who is knocking. Some outlets did not work properly. |
