Great friendly staff.

The area around the hotel, expecially coming from via Nizza can be scaring, but I suggest to get to the hotel walking along corso Vittorio Emanuele II and turn into San Tommaso. It is totally different.

It was near to the train station.

the location is on the rear side of the station, a bit distance to the city centre and the area is not as safe as front station

The breakfast was wonderful. The staff was very kind and helpful and everything was so clean.

Slow internet.

Rather spacious room with lovely interior, french windows. Good location near to the train station, though surroundings are not so pleasant - drug- dealers everywhere on the street. The room is rather silent, good climate conditions, big bathroom and all these small things like soap and shampoo, branded notebooks, pens, etc. We were allowed to check-in before check-in official hours and leave our luggage and also advised about city destinations on reception.

Cleaning in the room was done not the best way - we found some hair in the bathroom and stains on the towels. We've booked twin room which mean two beds and also asked for this in comments but were given double (one bed) with no notification. Also again about location. In spite of the fact it's convenient to get from Porta Nuova (central station, where all trains and airport shuttle arrive), it's not in the best district and in the opposite direction to the center with POIs and shops. Still it's closer to Valentino Park, which is a very nice place!

Staff were very pleasant and accommodating in terms of willingness to help and give information about the area. They were also extremely efficient and highly professional.

The shower in the room could've been more modern.

The staff were very helpful and friendly and the room I had was a good size.The bedroom faced onto a court yard at the back and was very quiet for a good night's sleep. Only a couple of minutes walk from the train station. The breakfast room is very nice and light.

Ideal central location, very friendly staff. The family room had a lovely big bathroom and . Children's welcome pack a nice touch.

In the evening outside there was some noise from I presume bars etc, which maybe would disturb a very light sleeper. Would have appreciated some form of ladder on the bunk bed.

Many things, air conditioner/heating was lousy, neighbourhood was awful, dirty, since there are staying a people who doesn't eat pork there is a need to adjust the breakfast offer to their needs, lousy WiFi.

Nice room for a family - parents double bed separated from children's bunk beds. Pet friendly. Good continental breakfast. Nice range of toiletries in the bathroom. Situated in a convenient part of town, near all central locations and in a nice old building. Arrangement for parking (at 18 euros extra) in nearby underground, secure parking. Friendly staff.

No assistance to get the luggage to rooms. A little noisy on the street.

Location the best price/service hotel in Torino I never seen nice people at the reception a bar and place to discuss in the reception room are very clean and bed is good quality nice balcony (very italian)

Comfortable, conveniently located with plenty of bars and restaurants in the area and a short walk to Turin centre. Very close to the main railway station.

For this level of hotel, everything was fine.

As it is in a popular neighborhood, the beginning of the night can be a little bit noisy. We werent bothered by it, but I could imagine people who go to bed early and are very noise sensitive could be troubled.

Convenient for both railway /airport bus and visiting local sites of interest

The receptionist, Roberta, who spoke Spanish and was extremely polite and available. The location was good.

The room had the Air Conditioning controlled from reception, and they were not able tu turn it on on a september night claiming they could only do it during days of extreme heat. For us, used to the comfort of air conditioning at any hotel (above all best westerns) this was a shock and could not sleep well. A shame because this feature left us with a bad aftertaste.

The air condionning did not function properly, it was very hot, humid in the room and the smell was very unpleasant. The minibar was more room temperature than fresh Wall was dirty and at one spot, repair were made and there were no painting at this point. The rug should be changed, it is dirty and do not smell fresh. For people coming from Canada and who had made reservation several months before, the personal at the desk should have give us a renovated room. We traveled and were pleased before in Best Western hotel but this one was a bad experience

At least the staff were helpful. I feel sorry for them working in such a lousy hotel

The locale is a rundown immigrant area. The air on is almost non-existent. Internet sucks and the breakfast is below average. Lots of packaged foods laid out on plates.

Close to the centre for a good price. Nice welcome and modern styling. Parking made easily available. Friendly helpful staff.

Weak airconditioning which can spoil comfort at night when you need it, but for the budget we can't reallycomplain.

The hotel was quite close to the center. The staff was very nice and accommodated our daughter as well as they could. It was a HOT night and the AC would not work efficiently. The wifi didn’t work on my computer so I was given an ethernet cable. After 10 minutes it stopped working..The only nice thing was the restaurant that the front desk recommended. Duo monde close by, good food, service and good price.

The room was large and clean and the hotel employees were very friendly and helpful.

Unfortunately the air conditioning didn't work as expected (with temperatures >30°c), therefore the room temperature was too hot. Additionally the internet connection varied from very poor to poor, sometimes you had basically no connection at all.
