the location is very good. the bathroom is very comfortable. The breakfast was very tasty. :) talking about bed linen... i did not like at all... there is a sheet and then a blanket which is not covered. so it was so disgusting to sleep because i do not think that blanket is washed every time after the guest. And the room was a little bit cold. i was freezing at the night. |

The staff were very helpful and the bedroom was kept very clean by the chambermaid who was always cheerful. Convenient for trips to Milan and other areas. Dining facilities could be improved |

The location is excellent for people travelling to or from Bergamo as it is beside the train station and I was travelling on an early morning flight with Ryanair so it was very convenient Breakfast was a bit unimaginative - especially as I do not eat wheat |

its location for a week end break is exellent. It was close to the transport links and only ten minutes walk to both the shops and the finicular railway to get to the upper city |

The location wqas excellent being situated in the newer part of town near to the railway station but within easy reach of the 'citta alta' via the funicular railway. The hotel was smart, clean and modern. The breakfast was disappointing as there was little cereal choice and no fresh fruit apart from apples. |

The hotel was clean and the bedrooms nice. Breakfast was good. I found the staff slightly cold. Apart from that it was a great hotel. |

Very nice hotel at an excellent location by the Bergamo train station. Within easy walking distance to shopping and sights in the Lower City and not too far from the funicular to the Upper City. Good breakfast, friendly staff, nice rooms. |

Hotel staff was very helpful and friendly, and there was no problem for them to arrange a few simple things to make our short stay as pleasant as possible. We were able to sleep well even though the hotel is very centrally located. Also, the breakfast was the best one on our trip. |

The hotel was in such a good location for access to both the old and new towns of Bergamo, and only a short walk to the train station and the airport bus. The hotel was comfortable and provided an excellent base to visit a beautiful city. We will return. |

Hotel very close to bus and train stations, very handy. hotel very basic, no room for smokers downstairs, have to be on pavement oustide at full view of traffic = horrible feeling....no lounge room or bar, so no last dring at night....just a reception area. also very noisy as hotel positionned at main traffic cross roads. |

The room had a good size - and good beds - for three persons. Big and clean bathroom, with clean towels every day. No place to hang the towels after use. OK breakfast. No place to hang towels or clothes in the bathroom, but big and clean! The air-condition was swiched off, even if the temperature was still high, so very hot at night. Placed in city center, in front of the railway station, so sleeping with open window not possible. |

Friendly efficient staff who were also helpful. Fabulous continental breakfast and food constantly topped up during breakfasting hours. Rooms were clean and convenient but not as modern as illustrated on the website. The hotel was convenient for the fast punctual train station and bus station and there were plenty of good shops nearby. There didn't appear to be many eating houses or restaurants in this area but once up in the alta city there were ample eating houses, bars and restaurants along with the breathtaking views. No bar or snack facilities |

Hotel Cappello d'Oro has a great location in the centre of Bergama's Città Bassa, close to the funicular, trams and the train station. Multilingual staff provide excellent service. |
Hotel Excelsior San Marco overlooks a lovely park and is far from the traffic noise. Just 100 metres away, you will find the cable-car leading to Bergamo Alta. |
Hotel Arli is in the heart of lower Bergamo, 4km from Orio al Serio Airport. Expect a friendly service, an excellent restaurant, a business centre and a luxury wellness centre. |
UNA Hotel Bergamo is 10 minutes' drive from both Orio al Serio Airport and Bergamo city centre. Staff are helpful and the hotel runs a shuttle service into the city. |
