Closeness to airport bus Internet access very slow and walls very thin, do not enjoy hearing the person in the next room snoring or having sex, especially with a child !! |

Excellent location - near railway and bus statiojns. Also convenient for the main attractions and shops of Bergamo. Noisy due to traffic. We were on the fourth floor, which helped, but the hotel would not be suitable for very light sleepers |

Perfect situation, right next to the airport bus stop. Within easy reach of everything. My only complaint is that the coffee at breakfast was not very good. Something you would not expect in Italy! |

It is very close to train station and bus shuttle to airport Room needs renovation, bath tub not very clean. Carpet on the floor should be changed. |

The staff were very accomodating and made us feel welcome. Rooms were cleaned daily and bedding changed also daily. Hotel was very well positioned for the bus and train to milan and the airport. The breakfast was very poor, limited range. |

The Hotel is a good base to see Bergamo and Bergamo Alta. It is situated directly opposite the train station, with a half hour bus service to the airport right in front of the station, costs about 1 euro. You can walk from the hotel to the Funiculare in about 15 minutes which takes you up to Bergamo Alta. If you catch the bus, the ticket also covers you for the funiculare. Opposite the funiculare |

The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. The room became very cold in the night, and there were heat controls available. I had to wake up, call the front desk, and ask for another blanket. A heavy blanket. |

Bathroom's ventilation had been boosted by assembling a rotating propeller in front of the ventilation hurdle. Obviously the bearing arrangements of these propellers have been worn so they were really noisy in many rooms. - A small fault, but a big inconvenience. |

The night receptionist from Ghana was extremely friendly and helpful I didn't like the fact that the hotel said that they were not able to take the money out of the card number that was given when we booked the room. I had then to pay for the room and advance the money before getting it back from our finance department. Would have been much simpler if they could take the money out directly from the reservation. |

nice clean hotel, helpful staff, really good position we left the hotel 6,30 A.M. Breakfast was from 7,00 A.M. and we could not get at least the coffee. |

The room was basic but comfortable. Staff were friendly for a busy hotel and the breakfast was very good. The hotel is in a good location for getting to Orio al Serio airport (it is very close to bus station) and a 24hr car park is about 5 minutes walk away at a cost of 12 Euros for 24hrs. |
