Zentrale Lage mitten in Florenz, besser geht es nicht. Absolut saubere Zimmer mit hohem Komfort. Sehr gut ausgebildete und freundliche Mitarbeiter. Absolut zu empfehlen, vor allem wegen der Lage. Ideal zur Stadtbesichtigung. Frühstück ist vergleichsweise mäßig, zu teuer. |

Die Lage ist super,besser geht es nicht, wir hatten schöne Zimmer im 5 Stock mit Blick auf Domdach, großes Marmorbad, da es sehr heiß war konnten wir immer ins kühle Zimmer. Frühstück auch sehr ausreichend. |

Sehr zentrale Lage, kaum zu überbieten, trotzdem nicht mitten im Touristenstrom da Seitengasse. Angenehmes Ambiente. Schönes grosses Bad das ist man von Italien nicht gewohnt. Zusatzbett sehr angenehm, Zimmer auch mit 3 Betten gross genug zum Wohlfühlen. Early check in 7.00 h früh ohne zusätzliche Kosten möglich toll nach einer NAcht im Zug. |

Great Florence Hotel. Our rooms were very nice and roomy, The bathrooms were excellent and well appointed, , The breakfast buffet was wonderful and we really felt the location was good, We would highly recommend this hotel. |

one of the most important thing is the place where the hotel is located. it´s a very quiet place. not very clean, there was dust on the table and on the tv and some humedity in the bath and one light didn´t work in the bathroom. The lighting in the room´s entrance hall was no good, i couldn´t see my clothes inside the wardrobe... |

Location was very good. Hotel staff were friendly. Rooms were satisfactory. Breakfast was not good. Proper eggs or real juice etc. costed extra. We had a superior room without a bath. Parking was 28euro per day. |

Location was superb, staff very friendly, welcoming and helpful and ambience lovely. Very attractive hotel with nice rooms. The shower in the hotel room surged hot and cold which was unfortunate and couldn't be controlled. |
