very comfortable room, however the room we booked was way too small for three people and it cost 120 euros per night extra to upgrade to an acceptable alternative

see above. there is no way that three people could stay in the original room, with baggage. They know this when they book the rooms, because both families in our group (3 people in each family) had to upgrade to larger more expensive rooms.

Great room, very friendly staff. Excellent location, withineasy walking distance of major sites yet along a quiet street. Would stay here again and would highly recommend to others.

Usual vacuum hose that serves as hairdryer, but I brought my own so it didn't matter.

The main point is the location. Excellent.

The hairdryer could be better, considering the price ot the hotel.
