Nothing. Noisy, horribly uncomfortable beds-did not get a decent night's sleep throughout my stay. Also terribly noisy with doors banging at all hours of the night. Will definitely visit Florence again, but under nocircumstances would I stay there again.

Nice Hôtel, nice rooms, excellent location. Really too noisy. Between the noise from the street and the noise for the neighbours it was almost impossible to sleep. As soon as the cleaning of the street starts no way we could sleep.

Cleanliness of room & location The "single room" was charged as a double. It was actually a single room. It did not have a bathrobe. I was charged for a double room an did not find out until tonight that I had been over charged on what my booking was for.

The location is about the only good thing, steps away from everything. It wasn't worth HALF of what I paid. I am a seasoned traveller and don't mind the splurge but expect to get my money's worth. Ultimately, the staff was nice and the place was clean, but the design was awful and room was cramped. Not the luxury boutique hotel they claim to be. Wouldve had the same experience if I was staying at another hotel costing 1/3 of Hotel Pierre.

The efforts made by personnel to overcome shortcomings... 1- very poor and expensive internet facilities 2- Only Italian tv channels 3- Breakfast very poor and not appealing

Location was wonderful. RIght in the center of the city. Staff was very helpful and our room was large and comfortable. Our room faced street which was nice for light but a bit noisy as restaurant across the street open till 1:00am and then rubbish collection in the night. Blackout shutters helped but still woke us up.

Batiment historique amenage tres confortablement tout en respectant le style. Situation au coeur de la ville de Florence et a proximite immediate des sites touristiques Le probleme de cet hotel est d'y acceder en voiture, en particulier un jour ferie. Il faut franchir tous les interdits de circulation et entrer en zone pietonne, au risque d'etre penalise. Il a fallu faire appel a des Carabinierii sympas pour enfin trouver l'hotel, apres plus d'une heure d'errement dans des rues etroites occupees par des milliers de pietons. Un mauvais souvenir ! Une fois sur place ou il est impossible de stationner durablement, la voiture est prise en charge et transportee dans un garage a l'exterieur de la zone interdite ( 30 EUR par jour) et ramenee au moment du depart (prevoir 1/2 heure mini a partir du paiement). Dommage, car tout le reste est super !

El personal excelente, nos han tratado fenomenal y siempre dispuestos y con buena cara. El hotel está en una ubicación excelente y el servicio de habitaciones maravilloso. Si vuelvo a Florencia definitivamente ire al hotel Pierre de nuevo. El desayuno es un poco pobre. Me hubiera gustado tener pan para poder tostar en la tostadora y un poco mas de variedad de fiambre.

La posizione é perfetta,.. La colazione é accettabile... é compdo potervici arrivare in macchina... La camera é apparsa abbastanza vecchia... Il bagno non aveva neanche una vera doccia ma solo un box appoggiato al pavimento... Lo staff ci ha consigliato una serie di ristoranti improbabili e altamente turistici... Al momento del chekout la regolarizzazione monetaria é avvenuta in tre steps... Due con carta di credito(per camera e parcheggio) e hanno voluto 16 euro in contanti che non sono stati in grado di includere in una delle transazioni.... Bah

отличное месторасположение очень плохая звукоизоляция номера, ночью слышна каждая машина и громкий разговор однообразный и "бедный" завтрак wifi только внизу и беслатный он только определенное время

Ottima posizione centrale, a pochi passi dai maggiori monumenti: consigliatissimo. Camere belle e spaziose. Colazione scarsa per un hotel di quella categoria (colazione pari a un due stelle). Camere non insonorizzate non consentono un buon riposo: qualità del sonno pessima. Essendo un hotel centrale è soggetto a disturbo da parte dei turisti in festa che escono tardi dai locali. E nelle prime ore del mattino si è disturbati dai servizi di pulizia della città.

Beauté et taille des chambres. Personnel très agréable. Situation idéale, tout est accessible en 10 minutes a pied. Petit déjeuner digne d'un formule 1!!! les fenêtres des chambres ne comportent qu'un simple vitrage, bien trop bruyant pour les chambres cotés rue.

L'Hotel è situato a pochi passi da Piazza della Signoria. Le camere sono ampie e pulite. Il personale è cortese e professionale. La colazione è semplice ma più che sufficente. Camere un pò troppo rumorose
