We were extremely pleased with the courteous and helpful staff, the European decor of the room, and the cleanliness of the hotel. We look forward to staying at the Hotel Pierre when we return to Florence. The hotel exceeded our expectations, and we had a wonderful experience. there. |

Location is very good! The car parking is too far and it takes about 30 minutes to get back the car. The room is too small, but for Florence it seems to be normal. |

everything about this hotel was nice. We clearly enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The location to the center of the city was great, the complimentary breakfast was excellent, staff was friendly and helpfull. |

The location of the hotel is fantastic and the staff were friendly. The rate during the month of March was very competitive and good value for the central location. I'm not sure whether the hotel warrants a 4 star rating. Whilst the room was very clean, the enormous bed was extremely hard and very uncomfortable (pillows equally uncomfortable). The shower was tiny and the water temperature fluctuated. The breakfast was also very basic. |

А very good friendly personnel, а beautiful lobby hall, а very good location (very close to the main sights of the city). It was rather noisy on the street at nights, impossible to sleep, maybe the hotel should think about better windows' isolation. |

The central location between the Duomo and the Piazza della Signoria in the historic heart of Florence is outstanding -- an easy walk to all the major sights. The hotel staff are very nice, and the breakfast buffet was great. |

very comfortable room, however the room we booked was way too small for three people and it cost 120 euros per night extra to upgrade to an acceptable alternative see above. there is no way that three people could stay in the original room, with baggage. They know this when they book the rooms, because both families in our group (3 people in each family) had to upgrade to larger more expensive rooms. |

Great room, very friendly staff. Excellent location, withineasy walking distance of major sites yet along a quiet street. Would stay here again and would highly recommend to others. Usual vacuum hose that serves as hairdryer, but I brought my own so it didn't matter. |
