We have stayed in Hotel Pierre for 5-6 times over the last 12 years. The staff is always extremely helpful and polite. We liked the new annex with the breakfast room with a view of the Duomo's dome and Campanile.
The hotel could use a bigger bar/cafe on the ground floor.
All of our stay was delightful. We stayed a week and we're extremely satisfied with your hotel.
The shower was on the small side but was well supplied with hot water .
Almost everything (room, staff, dinning, services, ... Etc)
The wifi was not as expected
Location was great. Nice room but no view. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Shower was a little small.
the staff were helpful above the call of duty and very friendly. If you want a reasonably priced four star hotel (for Florence that is ! ) this is great.
LOCATION IS VERY GOOD,MINUTES FROM ALL ATTRACTIONS- DUOMO, UFIGI, ACADEMIA GALLERIES, GOOD SHOPPING, CAFES , DINING, AND ALL THAT YOU NEED. RECEPTION WAS WONDERFUL AND ARRANGED PASSES TO THE MUSEUMS AT VERY SHORT NOTICE, ALSO ARRANGED FUN TOURS TO CHIANTI AND OTHER WINERIES IN TUSCANY . THEY MADE OUR EXPERIENCE REALLY WONDERFUL. WE WILL GO AGAIN TO PIERRE WHEN IN FLORENCE.
BATHROOMS HAVE NO SPACE TO KEEP PERSONAL KITS
Location in the centre of an enchanting place.
Nothing to dislike.
Warm and friendly staff Excellent location
Market stall constructed at 5 a.m. each morning and v noisy.
Small rooms, staff not knowledgeable on local interest
Friendly English-speaking staff. The cleanliness. The sky hd that showed shows in English. The robes. Size of room. Location, location, location. 10 min walk from train-station.
Breakfast was fresh but not much selection. No bath-tub but the robes erased that lol
Perfect location, friendly and very helpful staff, amazing hotel manager. I would recommend the hotel to everyone! Thanks for everything.
Great location Wonderful staff
the location had a good choice for breakfast friendliness of staff
can't think of anything obvious
Really nice staff and wonderful location.
The only possible complaint would be the hair dryers, they were very weak.
The staff are very accommodating and friendly, breakfast is excellent, large, clean, well appointed rooms, location is perfect. Would highly recommend this hotel as a place to stay.
Noise in the am outside on the street. Not much sound proofing but the staff offered to move us immediately to a different room. We sucked it up, it wasn't that bad.
Position fantastic. Walking distance to everywhere of interest
For the last night of our Florence stay, our friends needed to vacate their apartment rental so we booked a room for ourselves in the Hotel Pierre based on our friend's recommendation. We loved the location - easy walking to all major attractions in the historic center, but on a less noisy side street. Though our room was on 1, it wasn't at all noisy. The room was lovely, clean and well appointed and air conditioned, which we really appreciated as the weather had turned really hot a couple of days before. The breakfast was good. But the best thing was the staff who were very nice and helpful. In fact, we decided to extend our stay a few hours longer so that we could have someplace to return to for siesta and clean up before an evening flight. The staff worked with us to make it happen for the best possible price. All in all, we were very happy and would recommend this hotel.
We liked it all.
Location Check in welcome Confortable
Protracted way of accessing wi-fi. Staff unwilling or unable to help. Quite expensive.
Very pleasant and comfortable hotel, reasonably priced considering the great location.
The only minor complaint would be the sound insulation - early morning work sounds were waking me up, but I am a light sleeper. I don't think that a "normal" sleeper would've been affected.
The only one thing - it's location.
But for the same price you could find in the same area much more pleasant places. I dare to say it's pretty old 3-star hotel for the price as 4-star.
Feel, look and location
Breakfast same as last 4 hotels!
Front desk was very helpful and attentive.
Breakfast was standard and not very interesting.
Location, breakfast, spacious rooms.
Location!! Very friendly staff. XIII. century building - very well restored, of course). Parking service - relevant for downtown Florence (they drive your car themselves to the nearby garage and back; cocts are the same as on other parkings). Very impressive breakfast rooms.
Our room had a window in the inner "well" - as if having no window at all. We'd expect bathrobe and slippers at this price. WiFi is asking to re-enter password all the time. Otherwise nice.
I stayed with my family for 6 nights .the hotel has Excellent location near to most sites shopping and restaurants The staff are helpful and serve u with a smile.they are always ready to answer all the inquiries .the receptionist pointed the good restaurants and the historic locations in our map .thanks to all the staff at Pierre we had good time.
No slippers in the room .better get your own water boiler if u need hot water frequently .the hotel charged me for Triple room however I changed the reservation to double room 2 days before arrival.
