町の中心にあり、観光に疲れると、すぐホテルに戻れるので、子連れには大変便利。ホテルの前にあるレストラ- ンは大変良かった。 ナビでは上手くホテルまで案内してくれないので、車で行く方は、事前に行き方をホテルに確認した方がよい。- |

ドゥオーモやヴェッキオ橋にも近くとても便利な立地で、市内観光中何度も戻り休憩できました。バスタブ無し- の通りとは反対側の部屋に宿泊し、窓からは壁のみが見える状態でした。一日中薄暗いので、明るい部屋が希望- の場合は先にお願いしたほうがよいと思います。部屋は広くエアコン・お湯・収納など問題はありません。やは- り中心地特有で階上・廊下・水音は響きましたが、通りの裏側だったので、夜は騒音が全く無く静かでした。 |

隣室の客が夜中でもうるさく、ドアをバタンと開けしめる音の激しさや、グループで宿泊しているらしく、深夜- でも狭い廊下で大声で話しているため眠れなかった。ホテルの方でも部屋割を工夫すればよいと思われる。この- 結果相当程度ホテル自体の快適さが減じられた。 |

Great Florence Hotel. Our rooms were very nice and roomy, The bathrooms were excellent and well appointed, , The breakfast buffet was wonderful and we really felt the location was good, We would highly recommend this hotel. |

one of the most important thing is the place where the hotel is located. it´s a very quiet place. not very clean, there was dust on the table and on the tv and some humedity in the bath and one light didn´t work in the bathroom. The lighting in the room´s entrance hall was no good, i couldn´t see my clothes inside the wardrobe... |

Location was very good. Hotel staff were friendly. Rooms were satisfactory. Breakfast was not good. Proper eggs or real juice etc. costed extra. We had a superior room without a bath. Parking was 28euro per day. |

Location was superb, staff very friendly, welcoming and helpful and ambience lovely. Very attractive hotel with nice rooms. The shower in the hotel room surged hot and cold which was unfortunate and couldn't be controlled. |

Location is very good! The car parking is too far and it takes about 30 minutes to get back the car. The room is too small, but for Florence it seems to be normal. |
