The range an quality of the hot and cold food on offer for breakfast was excellent. Also the hotel reception was very helpful and well stocked with useful things (ie Verona cards etc.) A little bit of a walk from the city. However we understand there was a bus service nearby that we didn't investigate.

The Hotel was lovely a clean and cool inside, modern lines and furniture make it all very easy on the eye. We were only there for one afternoon and night. We walked into stunning Verona (its along way) on the Saturday evening and just loved it. I would suggest taking a free hotel bike as the cycle paths run all the way into the beautiful City. The room was great, nice "sit in" en suite shower. The breakfast was usual continental but very nice. So I think generally a nice place to stay out of town with secure parking outside the door. When we returned in the evening, TV was not very good with no English channels, when we asked about the advertisd SKY option (which I promised my wife I would get), we were told that it was not working with no prospect or repair! Oh dear, like many European hotels, they dont seem to cater for English speaking TV just CNN or similar!

The bathroom was big, well equipped, the best from all the hotels we stayed during our holiday in Italy. The breakast was very good, the free parking in front of the hotel was big enough. Staff was not very helpful. There is a 45 minutes walk downtown. Strange smell in the room.

there was an option to take bikes for free from the hotel with a locker, so we rode to the city (10 min) and that was very very fun!! the crew was nice, when we had a problem with the safe, less then a 1 min- one of the staff came and fix it.

It was a lovely hotel with a good breakfast. They also provided a shuttle to and from downtown Verona which was great since we went and saw Romeo and Juliet. Air conditioning in the rooms, elevators worked. I thought it was a very close walk to the train station but it was not!!! If you had minimal luggage and weren't also lugging along two small children it might seem close, but in the heat with 7 of us it was quite far away!!!!!! I'd recommend a taxi :)

This hotel is very clean and comfortable.Though it is a little far from the center of city, it was not be inconvienient for me to get to the center of city by a bicycle. The hotel need to check their bicycles because one I rented had left side pedal failure and one my wife rented had some failures.

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly and communication wasn't a problem as they spoke English. The breakfast one could not fault, fresh, cooked, breads/pastries, fruits, cereal - all we needed. The bus stop was right outside the hotel and of an evening a hotel free shuttle took us ini town for the opera. The rooms were extremely quiet and the bar service extended outside into a hedge enclosed courtyard. The area surrounding the hotel is very ordinary with lots of roads and buildings - no scenery or greenery.

Easy access to the city, bus, walk or you can use a hotel bicycle. Helpful friendly staff, and comfortable, large bedroom and bathroom. Breakfast had a good variety of choice and was available until 10.30am. Did not like the coffee machine in the breakfast room, these machines are becoming the norm in most hotels, freshly brewed coffee would be an improvement.

Breakfast was very nice. I ate enough in the morning. And the bathroom in the room was quite clean. The shuttle bus to the center was free and usefull, and the bus from the opera (in the middnight) costed a bit, but it was also nice to take it. It was difficult for me to get to the hotel by walk. It is better to take a bus or taxi. And also to the center, it looked not short to get there(we took a shuttlebus from the hotel). But I think possible to walk to the center and the station. And some staffs were not so friendly, but anyway, they worked for me.
