The staff were helpful, the room was clean. Location was really convenient as it is practically opposite the main train station so perfect for the metro and also only about 20 mins walk from the colloseum area. For this price it was a really great option. The double bedroom had 2 single camp beds together, the mirror and the shower door were broken.

Near the station There was a problem with the price. I was charged more than the price on booking.com but when I drew this to the atention of the receptionist I was given the difference back.

This hotel is on the 5th floor, only one lift in this building which can fit just 4 people and there was ten in our group. The bedrooms were basic but not very clean, cigarette burns in the bed sheets, smell of sewage in one of the rooms! I would not class this place as a hotel more of a hostel with a private tiny shower room. We paid for continentall breakfast which consisted of just a danish and small platic cup of orange juice in a cafe bar across the road, which was a tiny cafe with no seats! I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, this was the worst place I have ever stayed in! I would hope booking.com takes this hotel off their site as it was not worth the €110 a night!!!

La posizione... Ed il bar convenzionato per le colazioni, molto gentili e disponibili. Il bagno? Non c'era, al suo posto: un cesso con piatto doccia accanto al wc ed al livello del pavimento. Biancheria sporca, muri sottili...

La situation géographique car l'hotel est très bien situé et a proximité de tout et le prix. Le fait de devoir prendre le petit déjeuner à l'extérieur de l'hotel, la propreté, aucune insonorisation de l'hotel on entendait tout le bruit, le chambre etait vraiment petite sans parler de la douche et l'humidité dans les chambres. Vraiment déçue des fois précédente ou je m'y étais rendue. je ne pense pas y retourner pour être franche. Sans parler des taxes supplémentaires rajoutées en dernières minutes dans le prix et le WIFI payant!!! 5 euros par jour un peu exagéré je pense!

O melhor do Hotel Planet foi o atendimento de uma funcionária que sugeriu ótimos passeios em Roma ! O banheiro que estava disponível para nós se encontrava no corredor ao contrário do que a reserva indicava. Problemas com o funcionamento da rede Wi Fi que ,embora paga , não estava disponível o tempo acordado .

Está frente a la estación Termini, desde allí se puede ir en metro o autobus a toda Roma. Una persona del personal entró a la habitación pasada la media noche con la excusa de dejar toallas, me pareció una falta de respeto considerando que había una mujer dentro de la habitación y la hora.

Le prêt de serviette, le lit dure, la bagagerie Le p'tit déj : 1 viennoiserie + 1 boisson rien de plus franchement très light Mal insonorisé, on entend tout l'accueil, les voisins de chambre... Taxe de séjour : 2€ par jour et par personne ça commence à faire chère Une des chambre : fil électrique apparant à la douche, franchement dangereux tv : juste 1 chaine dans la chambre 121

Es para lo que es, para estar una noche, tener lo fundamental y no más. Olía un poco mal y el recepcionista intentó engañarnos. Hicimos una reserva por internet y al llegar allí nos quiso cobrar 4 euros más de lo que ponía en la web. Le dije que no, lo volvió a intentar con excusas (es que tu tarjeta no va... -Mentira, porque la había usado el mismo día- ) y al final aceptó.

L'aria condizionata, indipendenza delle stanze e molta privacy. Staff poco presente e quindi impossibilità di rispondere a determinate esigenze. Sicurezza garantita molto bassa.

Nos cobraron un impuesto que no estaba dentro de la información de la página ( casi Euros 100) y corroboramos que no lo cobran en los demás hoteles de Roma a pesar de que nos presentaron una hoja no oficial que así lo establecía, no incluyeron el pago en la factura que nos entregaron, el desayuno muy malo y las habitaciones estaban en otra edificación a la vuelta de la recepción
