Law booked in one hotel and they ended us into a different one.
Lousy Breakfast. They give you a coupon for brekkie to use in a shop downstairs. which gets you a cream bun and a small cup of coffee.
friendly staff excellent location
Excellent location if you are traveling by trains.
Average service and room.
They took me 20e more from the price that i booked They charged 5e per day wify Rooms are dirty and not comfortable The toillet is dirty Staff is not kind I dont recomend this hotel at all and I invite you not to offer it any more on your site.
Good air conditioning but that was our only positive experience.
Had to switch rooms from 1st night to 2nd night. TV didn't work first night. The breakfast included was 1 croissant Some staff were unpleasant.
Friendly staff when you see them. Kept my bags all day
Not very clean and up 3 flights of stairs though there is a lift. It does not look like the picture! If it had been cheap it would have been fine but was expensive for what it was. More like a student place than a hotel
Location perfect for travelling. Very clean. A fair price.
A lot of people hanging around the entrance. Felt a bit dangerous. The entrance a bit dirty.
The only thing I liked was the location, near to Termini station where we took the bus to the airport
It was very hot even when the temperature outside was fine and with the air conditioning at 18 degrees. The mattress was too much soft. They tried to charge me more money than the reservation. The wifi wasn't free. Poor cleanliness. It didn't recomend it at all.
very near roma termini
shower stall is too small
The staff were friendly and helpful
There was a generator or air conditioning unit operating continuously on the roof. I could get very little sleep for the 2 nights I was there. The staff advised me that it was broken but would take some time to fix
