The location

The room was small, and had not view. We knew we looked onto an internal courtyard but thought it might have some view but looked onto a roof and a wall.

The staff were pleasant and very efficient, excellent. The rooms were well maintained and kept very clean. A lovely bright bathroom!

Very friendly and nice staff. Location near to the beach. Breakfastterrace with a beautiful view. Room with bath was very nice and clean.

Room with view in the courtyard. The room was very noisy. The water jet in the shower was very low and so it was not easy to get all the sand from the beach off of the body and I was not able to wash my hair under the shower. But instead of the shower the faucet worked very well for that. Breakfast was nothing special, but ok.

very helpfull staff, location perfect, in case of good weather possibility to eat outside with a nice view, beach accomodation also perfect, parking area in front of the hotel perfect. all was positive

in regards to the 5 star rating and prices maybe the beach/parking should be included in the price or clearly mentioned on the website that its not. but for us it was not a problem, but i can imagine that for other people it would and causes frustration on the reception desk.

The Hotel enjoys an excellent location just across from the main promenade in Viareggio. The staff are friendly, helpful and efficient.The hotel offers a reduced fee to use the beach club opposite which gives you a parasol and 2 deckchairs as well as entry to any of their 5 swimming pools ranging from 1 metre to 1.80 metres in depth and therefore suitable for all ages from babies to pensioners.The hotel is situated at the southern end of a very long promenade which continues for miles into adjacent towns and is lined with boutiques and restaurants to suit every taste. Viareggio is also an excellent base for visiting other parts of Tuscany such as Florence, Lucca, Pisa and the Cinque Terre coastal villages.

The hotel has a very friendly staff, ready to help; the location of the hotel is very good, across the main boulevard and the beach; the loby is furnished in pastel colours and is very nice and confortable; the rooms are clean and comfortable. We will return.Erika van Gelder

We loved the scenery from the the roof restaurant and the food was good

The breakfast was excellent and on a terrace on the top floor with a wonderful view. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean.

Il bagno non era pulitissimo e il lavandino un pò ostruito

Als wir ankamen war das Zimmer um 18 Uhr noch nicht gemacht. Das Ersatzzimmer hatte ein französisches Bett mit einer extrem durchgelegenen Matratze. Ich konnte mich am nächsten Morgen kaum rühren. Das Bad war so klein, dass man nicht zwei Kosmetiktaschen aufstellen konnte. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist extrem ungünstig, da im Preis von 163,-- Euro/DZ die Strandleistungen nicht enthalten sind - nochmals 30,- Euro für 2 Personen. Dann half man uns weder mit dem Gepäck, noch beim Parken. Parken ist am Wochenende fast nicht möglich und man fährt ewig herum, bis man endlich einen Parkplatz ergattert. Nur das Dachrestaurant war schön. Das Personal von extrem unfreundlich bis freundlich.
