It was close to the train station. the rooms were clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast room was especially bright and nice. A very dirty part of town. Garbage everywhere and one did not feel particularly safe. |

very friendly people at reception and breakfast service; clean and save; close to Alibus, Train and Citybuses; I arrived at 8.00 h in the morning and i got immediately a room with no extra charge, good continental breakfast buffet ( in Italy often only cafe and croissant served ) |

The friendly staff was very helpful and patient in answering my questions about the where-abouts of the city. FREE WIFI and a public computer for internet access. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you're looking for one that's close to the train station. nth abt the hotel itself given its price and my expectation. But I have to comment on the dirtiness of the hotel's surrounding areas. It's also filled with bums. |

Great central location. The price was excellent and the staff was very helpful. You are visiting Naples!! It is not a touristy town like in northern italy, it is a hard working, dirty, raw port city and this hotel is smack in the middle of the fun!! The shower is small, if you are bigger and weigh over 120kg=260lbs=18.5stone then you will absolutely destroy the whole contraption. Everything else was great!! |

the receptionists absolutely helpful,friendly and cooperative. the neighbourhood is pretty seedy but of course this is not hotel fault but somebody else must be charged. |

very nice hotel,clean,staff was very friendly and helpful, very good breakfast,good value for money, good connection to airport. location of the hotel is not for everyone´s. The hotel is situated closed to Garibaldy square-strange people including homeless are there |

The hotel is conviniently located near the main station. The staff is professional. The area is a bit rough and off the tourist area. The rooms are really small. Not enough plugs in the room. |
