good location - not the safest place in Naples, but this is how Naples is, breakfast tarrace with great view, good quality and price, clean and neat; continental breakfast (with some salty stuff and tea - useful tip for northern europeans I guess); generally good choice

too small rooms, also way too hot inside (in november the heating was always on), quite dangerous outside, but the district and Naples is a bit this way; I would add some more salty food for breakfast (some mozzarella and more ham?)

Room rather small.

Rooms are clean and newly renovated. Spacious room for triple sharing and spacious bathroom. Breakfast is good and included in the stay. Internet access in rooms and also 2 computers in the lobby that guests can use.

Hotel receptionist were unfriendly and unhelpful from day one til check out. Their facial expressions are like they dont want being asked or inquired upon. It like they expect you to know everything but that's why we are called tourists. We booked the hotel because it is best western. The hotels reputations is being destroyed by their unfriendly staff. Hope you can train them. I also lost my cellphone in the hotel lobby in the computer area so just be careful next time.

The hotel is fine, the staff was great, the room is small but comfortable, they have free internet and the breakfast was good.

The hotel big problem is that it is located in Napoles which is a dirty, ugly and dangerous place. In our first day I and my husband went to Brand pizzeria and two guys in motorcycle with guns stolen the Japanese tourists in front of us. If you would like to know Capri and Pompeii the best city to stay is Sorrento that is beautiful and safe place.

Cleanliness of the hotel and friendliness of the staff. The breakfast was very reasonable with cereal and yoghurt, toast etc.

Hotel was in good condition and can have no complaints about the service. Nice little bar area to have a quiet drink.

Area was terrible but maybe that's just Naples. Obvious prostitution right outside the hotel and the streets were piled high with rubbish. Did not feel safe the minute we left the hotel.

The breakfast in the terrace is very pleasant.

I chose this particular hotel because they have a partnership with my frequent-flyer program. However I got disappointed when they told me that I could not earn miles because I should have booked my room using their website.

I was in Naples on a one day vist to see Pompei, for this purpose the hotel proved to be excellent value for money. Location near the railway station, nice bed, airconditioning, clean bathroom, paid 60 EUR for a double room including a decent breakfast - what else do you need for a short stay in Naples?

The room overlooked the backyard which was rather dirty and unappealing. However, we only slept in the room at night so this was not a major issue. Also, it's very dirty everywhere in Naples, so you have to put up with this anyway. Note the breakfast room is located on the 5th (top) floor of the hotel, so don't waste you time going down in the morning. There is only one small elevator in the hotel and gets quite busy at times, be prepared to wait for a few minutes.

Good breakfast on the hotel roof terrace. Nice bed and good curtains. Bathroom was nice and clean. Although we stayed at the front side of the hotel, no complaints about traffic noise. Staff's English is very good.

Not in the best of neighbourhoods, but that's what you get wanting to stay in a hotel close to the station. After all, it is Naples we're talking about! Want to feel safer? Don't go to Naples.

Service was great, peaople very helpfull, rooms are fantastic, very clean and confy.

very friendly people at reception and breakfast service; clean and save; close to Alibus, Train and Citybuses; I arrived at 8.00 h in the morning and i got immediately a room with no extra charge, good continental breakfast buffet ( in Italy often only cafe and croissant served )
