Good location (close to the train station), nice front desk employee (we arrived earlier and she arranged pretty quickly a room, so we did not have to wait until noon to check in), great breakfast! |

Professional and helpful staff, a well appointed building, with an excellent breakfast. They have not answered my emails when I enquired about some left items in my room. Not the most salubrious location with much rubbish on the street, and prostitutes outside. |

front man was pretty good. When we came back from outside, the window was opened. We stayed at 1/F, so everybody could get into our room. And worst thing was, they didn't change the bed's sheet. I have never had such experience. |

The hotel it's very nice, very good value for money, neighbourhood it's strangea and a little dangerous, but that's Napoli, a city without rules. You have easy acces to Garibaldi Station who connect all important sights of city, even Pompei and Sorento, two very nice cities. Peoples responsable with cleanliness of the room. The dust on furniture it's remarcable. |

Despite the chaotic, noisy circumstances around the main station the hotel provides quiet atmosphere inside. The room was very clean. Unfortunately, we did not have breakfast since we had to leave very early in the morning. |

Everything was close - the shops, station, cafes and restaurants. The room was spacoius enough - loved the balconies from our room. staff in genreal was helpful and polite. Breakfast was quite good. |

Decent location in respect to the major train station. I was charged an extra fee for asking for a late checkout. I was not even offered a grace period till 14:00. My flight was not until 17:00. I was disappointed in this. I also wanted to sign up for their Best Western Rewards Program and I was told to go online to do this. They did not even have their own Rewards Program information available. |

good location - not the safest place in Naples, but this is how Naples is, breakfast tarrace with great view, good quality and price, clean and neat; continental breakfast (with some salty stuff and tea - useful tip for northern europeans I guess); generally good choice too small rooms, also way too hot inside (in november the heating was always on), quite dangerous outside, but the district and Naples is a bit this way; I would add some more salty food for breakfast (some mozzarella and more ham?) |
