Score from 1026 reviews Very good
The fact that the hotel room and lobby were well heated. I got a free cappuccino from the hotel staff when I requested for one. Thanks guys.
Pirmajā reizē bija grūti atrast.
Paper thin walls, loud television and talking until late prevented sleep - annoying as had to be up early. Staff on desk particularly unhelpful and less than pleasant.
Very good for 3 star hotel.there breakfast is excellent
The room was clean, comfort. TV has some international channnel. Near to the station and the supermarket.
The wind of the hair dryer was so weak. I ordered Tea and coffee facilities but the kettle was not functioned well. The inside of the minibar was not cold enough.
Acropolis view - nice at night and location- near good resturants and shopping
my second time in best western plaza.everything was fine. nothing to complain. the area is pretty seedy but not Dangerous.
Easy transport links are the biggest selling point of this hotel. If you're planning to visit other locations other than napels then its for you. Resonably priced with good staff.
That said if you're there to visit Naples itself you're on the wrong side of town. Lack of plugs in the room meant charging devices was a bit of a pain and if you want a selection for breakfast be sure to get up early.
good location, spacious, as predicted, as we stayed here before
service at breakfast is a disaster and they seem to enjoy when products are over and they don't refill... as if from another hotel - the breakfast guys
good breakfast. excellent clean rooms
Difficulty in obtaining tourism information for non-tour visit to Pompeii from Naples.
Location, wifi (Free :-) Bar was reasonable. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Check in and out was quick.
No kettle/hot drink facilities in the room. Breakfast buffet could have been kept topped up.
- Good facilities and wifi for money
- Near a noisy area. Very busy with markets during the day. Didn't bother me much but if you are one of those people, might not want to stay here
We experienced some personal problems while at the hotel, and the reception staff could not have been kinder or more attentive. They made a difficult time a little easier. Very comfortable room, spotlessly clean.
Not the hotel's fault, but the streets of Naples were rather challenging at a time of a general strike.
The hotel from inside is very nice and the staff made you feel welcomed. They where very informative in the city tours.
The surroundings of the outside of the hotel was a bit concerning. That section of the city very dirty.
Excellent staff member John Franco who helped me obtain a new suitcase. His customer service skills were excellent.
Poor wifi reception in the room. Needed to sit in hallway and we were only on the first floor.
The hotel is well located near to the Railway Station. The staff were friendly and helpful.
We didn't feel entirely safe from beggars and hawkers around the area of the hotel but this is not the responsibility of the hotel.
The receptionist called Salvatore was very friendly, he finally got me adaptor socket to charge my phone after a long search for it .
Breakfast v.g. lots of fruit
Location, noisy dirty street and my wife had her bag almost snatched by a thief only 40 metres from the hotel door.
Location was perfect - only a short walk from Central Station. Room was nice and good size. Bed comfortable. Guy on reception desk was very friendly and helpful.
Breakfast - we arrived for breakfast half an hour before the end of the breakfast period. There were no clean tables as they were all covered in dirty plates and cups and leftover food. We had to ask for cutlery and wait to be seated. When we finally had a place to seat we realized there was no bacon and eggs left, so had to request this. Nobody seemed to care that food was running low and the staff were too busy checking their phones and chatting to clean up the tables. Very poor breakfast service! WiFi - the WiFi signal was not great and kept dropping out all the time. In the end I gave up trying to access the internet. Housekeeping - the walls to each room were not very thick and you could occasionally hear the guests in the room next door. This was not a major problem for us. What we didn't appreciate was the noise from the housekeepers every morning - they were talking very loud, singing and really making a lot of noise! We placed the "Do Not Disturb" sign on the door, but they still knocked and then entered the room to make sure someone was still there. This is unacceptable. Some tissues in the room would be appreciated.
Pleasant and cordial staff! Good Breakfast!
Small room No coffee maker No Restaurant
Breakfast was very good for a 3 star hotel
Staff where a bit aggressive
