The Europa Grand Hotel is in a 19th-century building right next to Napoli Piazza Garibaldi Train Station. All rooms are air-conditioned, and the restaurant serves traditional Neapolitan cuisine.

Score from 1076 reviews Excellent
We experienced some personal problems while at the hotel, and the reception staff could not have been kinder or more attentive. They made a difficult time a little easier. Very comfortable room, spotlessly clean.
Not the hotel's fault, but the streets of Naples were rather challenging at a time of a general strike.
The hotel from inside is very nice and the staff made you feel welcomed. They where very informative in the city tours.
The surroundings of the outside of the hotel was a bit concerning. That section of the city very dirty.
Excellent staff member John Franco who helped me obtain a new suitcase. His customer service skills were excellent.
Poor wifi reception in the room. Needed to sit in hallway and we were only on the first floor.
The hotel is well located near to the Railway Station. The staff were friendly and helpful.
We didn't feel entirely safe from beggars and hawkers around the area of the hotel but this is not the responsibility of the hotel.
The receptionist called Salvatore was very friendly, he finally got me adaptor socket to charge my phone after a long search for it .
Breakfast v.g. lots of fruit
Location, noisy dirty street and my wife had her bag almost snatched by a thief only 40 metres from the hotel door.
Location was perfect - only a short walk from Central Station. Room was nice and good size. Bed comfortable. Guy on reception desk was very friendly and helpful.
Breakfast - we arrived for breakfast half an hour before the end of the breakfast period. There were no clean tables as they were all covered in dirty plates and cups and leftover food. We had to ask for cutlery and wait to be seated. When we finally had a place to seat we realized there was no bacon and eggs left, so had to request this. Nobody seemed to care that food was running low and the staff were too busy checking their phones and chatting to clean up the tables. Very poor breakfast service! WiFi - the WiFi signal was not great and kept dropping out all the time. In the end I gave up trying to access the internet. Housekeeping - the walls to each room were not very thick and you could occasionally hear the guests in the room next door. This was not a major problem for us. What we didn't appreciate was the noise from the housekeepers every morning - they were talking very loud, singing and really making a lot of noise! We placed the "Do Not Disturb" sign on the door, but they still knocked and then entered the room to make sure someone was still there. This is unacceptable. Some tissues in the room would be appreciated.
Pleasant and cordial staff! Good Breakfast!
Small room No coffee maker No Restaurant
Breakfast was very good for a 3 star hotel
Staff where a bit aggressive
Breakfast was excellent. proximity to all public transportation
The area appeared seedy but the people did not seem to mind, we worked around late in the night without any incident, though looking over our shoulders all the time. The whole of Naples appeared dirty
The location is good and very close to the central station, and good value for money~and the breakfast is good~
The facility is quite fair~
- Comfort bed - Good breakfast - Nice staff - Good if you will use the train station
- Neighborhood is dirty and unpleasant
Central location, close to Napoli Centrale Station.
Convenient for the station.
Very small room.
the hotel is very close to train station. Comfortable room. The breakfast is tastty and variable. Good wifi.
The woman in the reception was not realy helpful. I asked her how I can get to gallerry Capodimonte and she just showed where it is but didn't tell me how to get there.
The electricity cut off in the room twice, and although it was restored by the receptionist switching the fuse in their laundry room, the second time, 9.00 at night, after waiting 15 mins I was told it could be from the TV or maybe the kettle which I hadn't used, and I couldn't change rooms as they were fully booked As a solo traveler in a hotel location that is not suitable for a female to be out alone it was lucky I had my book. Breakfast poor, sat at a dirty table as there were no clean ones. This is not the first time I have stayed here but each time it doesn't improve, definitely the last. Best Western in Rome fantastic.
The hotel is centrally located on a very busy piazza and is convenient to most public transportation. The staff is very friendly and most of them speak at least a little English.
The staff, while friendly and willing to help, has a very Napolitan attitude toward addressing problems called to their attention that may be outside their area of responsibility - such as the possibility of bed bugs or the American flag being displayed upside down - an international sign of distress.
The staff was helpful and kind. The bed was great. The breakfast was great.
The square right in front of the hotel full of trash.
Breakfast was good
Rooms very small
Good clean hotel. Staff were good, very helpful. Breakfast had plentiful. Room was very adequate.
The area that the hotel is in is not the best area in Naples but then this is reflected in the price.
place price rooms
no fresh juice on breakfast
Location near the railway station.
Rather small room, noisy square in front.
The location was good in that it was an easy walk from the train station. The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. They were happy to keep our luggage when we went to Pompeii and Amalfi. A nice breakfast was served in a delightful rooftop breakfast room. Rooms were attractive. A "family room" was available....nice!
The location was not so good in that the area around the train station is quite seedy. But the hotel is an oasis.
