Best Western Hotel Plaza    

Good location,good facilities,in the centre of Naples with polite and helpful staff.Our room was a good size overlooking the square and on a high floor just as we requested. We would certainly return.

Generally, prices for hotel rooms in Naples were high, but it does mean that standards are also high.

Close to naples main railway station. Good views over a busy square.

Air con in room didn't work. Tea/coffee making facilities not available.

They offer a kettle and tea and coffee in your room. You have to ask for it. Room was good size and staff were very friendly and helpful. 5 min walk from train station.

Not many eateries in the area. We were surprised how dirty the streets were with rubbish everywhere.

Room was slightly dusty and cobwebs not removed, dust fluff beside bed on arrival. I chair for three people. Had to request coffee making facility only 6 in whole hotel and then only 2 cups supplied. Flashing bulb over bathroom mirror which was not replaced

The room was very clean and comfortable, in spite of being compact. They have excellent triple glazing, which ensures proper sound proofing from the outside.

The area is not pleasant at all. I would definitely not want to be walking around after dark.

the area around the hotel is dirty strewn with dirty stuff and lots of vagabonds hanging around there. So we get a feeling of unsafe conditions outside the hotel.

The hotel staff - especially the receptionists - are friendly, welcoming and efficient. The room we had has a wonderful view over a bustling Naples square, while the double glazing kept the noise out. Nice continental-type breakfasts are served in an airy rooftop garden room.

There are a number of "undesirable" people in the area - not surpisingly, as the hotel is near the main railway station - so perhaps some guests wouldn't feel happy being out and about late at night.

Location...staff at Reception. Value for money. Clean....compact.

Nice room, good facilities, friendly staff, excellent breakfast, close both to the railway station and to the historical center!

The only weak point was the flea market close to the hotel, but anyway it only worked at certain hours and they cleaned the territory all the time!

The Staff were exceptionally good in all ways. The Hotel was clean and the breakfast good. We felt very safe and would like to thank the staff for that. THe position is great for Pompeii, etc with main line station. However Naples is not for us!!!!!!

The location was really quiet bad, Not Best Westerns fault at all. In fact the Police cleared the Square of vagrants very quickly and the cleaners appeared very quickly to bring the square to normality. The two Square prostitutes, always present, did not help your hotel business. Naples is not for us!!! I foiled two pick pockets and one attempted bag snatch! They got nothing! We have extensively travelled Europe. Naples is at the very bottom of our list and we will not visit it again.

Staff and Hotel Tea & coffee in the rooms will be ideal and the staff needs more training in respect for race and colour with cultural differences. It was so bad that we had to check out the next day. We would never stay there again, as the staff were not in anyway helpful, the hotel looks more bice on the internet but not in reality, It will be nice if this can honestly be known by other proposed visitors , many thanks

Room was too small, and the offer was twin or double room, we got one bed which was not sutible for 2 friends. So, specifay in offer twin rooms!

Very central, an oasis of cleanliness surrounded by piles of uncollected street rubbish. Staff were helpful but certain management policies resulted in complaints listed below

We were at the hotel for three nights - fri, sat, sunday. When we arrived on friday evening there was plenty of hot water available for showering. On saturday and sunday the water was tepid and we were unable to shower until morning. We were informed this was because water heater was put on standby. We were there for a leisure week end and needed to shower after time spent exploring Pompei and climbing Vesuvius. We also had an issue with provision of tea and coffee making facilities-- a tray with kettle, cups etc was provided on request but with a single tea bag for a three night stay!. Further bags were available at a cost of 2 euros each.We think this is unacceptable and would therefore look elsewhere when next visiting Naples

The rubbish. We were only staying on a quick trip.

The Hotel staff were helpful in every way. Olympia was extermely nice to us and always was asking if there was anything we needed to just ask. The staff even wrote a note in Italian explaining to the guy at the laundrmate what we needed to convey to him in order to get the job done! I give the staff a 10. Made the stay very comfortable. Oh and by the way it is a must to go to Mimi's Resturant, top knoch...just a few minutes away from hotel. One more thing the train station and buses are minutes away also!!!!

Nothing to do with hotel but the city cleaners need to get there act together and clean there streets

The staff were very helpful. The Internet connection was good. The room was very clean. Our room had a balcony and view over the local square but was very quiet. The breakfast was excellent. The bed was so comfy. The location is very handy to public transport, only 5-10 minute walk to the main train station, and bus and tram stop right out front.

The hotel is very clean and centrally located but is surrounded by dirty streets. I would not feel safe alone at night out on the nearby streets.
