Nice staff - Incredible location if looking for something near the train station. Very nice breakfast buffet in the morning - good variety. If doing day trips from rail station and wanting to stay in Florence this is the place!

Nice place, clean, very nice staff, good breakfast, close to the trainstation and city center, quiet place. I would a better coffee at breakfast..they had an american coffee, not a tipical great italian coffee...

Near location to the station and spots. Especailly breakfast was satisfactory enough! Service and cleanness were good to stay. The hotel is deserved to recommended. The laundary has unique smell.

The hotel was in a great location and the staff was very kind and accommodating. We are a young couple traveling through Italy and this was our favorite hotel throughout the trip. We paid an extra $50 for the "comfort double" which included wine/chocolate/laptop rental. We didn't ever use the laptop and the bottle of wine was one of those small bottles not a full one. Wouldn't purchase that package again.

Location was excellent for our needs and city centre access. Pleasant building and staff. Didn't see one other guest and only few staff which suited us fine. Bathroom sink was blocked and plumbing was not that good. Plastic cups at breakfast not very nice.

We had a very small room, but it was clean... The shower in the bathroom was tiny, akin to the ones you encounter on cruise ships. There was a shower head in the bathtub; however, it was difficult to maneuver without getting the floor wet. It was very difficult to get down the cobblestone street with luggage. Although the hotel was five minutes away from the train station, it seemed like a lot longer walk due to the struggling with my luggage.

The location was very convenient - walking distance from all major sites and the train station. The room was clean and quiet. There was a video borrowing service which made the stay even more homely. The breakfast was large and well laid out! All in all a great experience. The room was a bit small - and it supposedly looked into the internal courtyard which was basically a view of pipes. However, it was still value for money.

Nice and clean, polite staff, good central location. OK< ... your beads and pillows (at least in my room) are as hard as GRANITE! I only spent one night but didn't really sleep ... I was actually thinking of sleeping on the floor, it couldn't have been any harder than the bed! ... Other than that a pleasant stay. If you can't replace the beds, at least buy some softer pillows!
