The decor here is wonderful and really reflects Florence's style. A fabulous hotel, centrally located and close to several good restaurants. highly recommended. |

Location was great, close enough from the station to walk by far enough to be away from the noise. Nice designed rooms and also very clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Also got free DVD's to play in the playstation in our room. Was a great breakfast. The wireless internet only worked in the lobby on the first couple of days but on our second last day they had it fixed and now works in the rooms. A little noisy at night with some people seemed to be partying outside our window but they didn't stay to late. The shower head needs replacing. I would highly recommend this hotel. |

Central location was excellent. I had a nice big room which I appreciated. Tasteful renovation of old building. Distressed chic. Good breakfast. Relatively expensive for what was on offer. |

The balcony was superb! As well as the room and bathroom. Location is very good, just about 10 minutes (or less) from the cathedral. Breakfast was nice, but when we came at 9.30, there were no clean cups for coffee. |

located on a quiet street, but within easy walking distance to train station and major attractions; hotel staff was friendly and helpful; room was large and clean. Internet service was wireless, but the signal wasn't strong enough to access from individual rooms; guests with laptops congregated in the hotel lobby, next to the hotel's desktop. Tiny bathroom. |

Friendly and helpful staff. Everything in the room worked as promised, even the AC! This is a little gem of a hotel centrally located and near all attractions as well as close to the train station. The room was very quiet as it faced one of the court yards. If I ever go back to Florence I'll stay there again. |

Nice breakfast area and breakfast included, very central location and close to train station, nice room and bathroom facilities were great our room overlooked the street and it was a bit noisy at times, but i did like being able to hear the church bells ringing |

The staff was not only friendly but went out of their way to help. Especially Ann the desk clerk, what a lovely woman. I highly recommend this hotel. Not only was it clean and homey feeling, the price was great. We shall go back again. |

Las habitaciones limpias tenían una decoración cuidada eran grandes, era un hotel bonito. Buen desayuno. El personal muy agradable. Merece la pena pernoctar ahí, la pena es que sólo estuvimos una noche. Nos gustó mucho. Además está cerca de la estación y próximo a la catedral. Nos guardaron el equipaje hasta la salida del tren por la tarde. La calle tenia dos numeraciones, muy diferentes pero se encuentra fácil. |

Lo mejor es la ubicación, muy cerca de la estación de tren y el centro de la ciudad, tanto que desde la habitación se ve un poco del campanario del Duomo y es genial el salir todos los días andando al centro histórico. Habitación confortable, limpia y de ambiente renacentista, muy acorde con una visita a la histórica y artística Florencia. Muy bien ambientada. Se oyeron algunos ruidos de emisoras (¿del personal de servicio del hotel?) por la noche. La calle es casi peatonal y tranquila. Pero enfrente hay un albergue, por lo que que, en ocasiones, algunos grupos de mochileros hacen ruido mientras hablan, charlan o gritan por la calle. |

Haben alles so angetroffen, wie durch die vorherigen Bewertungen zu erwarten war. Gepflegtes Zimmer ohne Luxus. Nettes Ambiente auch im Frühstücksraum. Zur Straße wenig schallisoliert. Lärm allerdings nicht durch Autos, sondern durch Passanten. |

Está a 5 minutos de la estación de tren y a 10 del Duomo. Al lado de todos los lugares de interés turístico. Está reformado, muy limpio. El desayuno buffet variado (embutidos, tostadora, panes de diferentes clases, yogures, café, leche, capucchino, bollería, cereales, fruta, zumo...) Habitaciones amplias, bien decoradas. Baños también amplios y muy limpios. No, me ha gustado todo. |

la habitación nº 2. Es amplia, la rehabilitación muy acertada y decorada con gusto. El trato del personal muy gentil en todo momento. El ruido producido por el aire acondicionado situado fuera, justo al lado de la pequeña terraza, se dejaba notar con cierta fuerza por la noche. Una lastima. |

Muy bien situado, el aspecto interior tanto de las zonas comunes como de la habitacion muy agradable, el personal colabra, y por lo tanto en general recomendable (salvo la calefaccion). la calefaccion de la habitacion no se puede manejar porque la tienen programada, la temperatura era baja y no se podia subir, por lo que ese es el unico aspecto negativo, junto con que el cuarto de baño es muy reducido en dimensiones. Por lo demas todo muy bien |
