Good location. Friendly staff. Easy to find. Breakfast was not that great, room a bit dirty (lots of dead flies in light fittings), plumbing noisy and could hear neighbouring rooms showering easily, sounded like torrential rain! If you are just looking for a base for the city this is as good as you'll get for the money, unless you want to spend 100 Euros plus. |

The room was clean. The breakfast was good. The staff was kind. It was appropriate for me, who participated in a conference. The heating in the bathroom cannot be swithed off, although sometimes it was very hot. I could only open the window, what is an effective, but not economical and very "ungrean" solution. |

This hotel is just fine for a stay in the beautiful city of Verona. Our room was spacious and very clean. The breakfast was outstanding and generous. The hotel is little bit out of the way, but a slightly long walk or very short taxi ride from the city center (we always walked and it was fine). The view of the city from our room was spectacular--not all rooms have this, but it's worth asking for. Our room had also recently been updated, and it's probably worth asking for one of the "new" rooms too--very nice! |

Free breakfast, proximity to city center Next to the roadway, so very loud at night. Also you can hear plumbing from upstairs. Thin walls. |

Good breakfast. The room was described as double on booking.com, but actually they asked for 20 euro more for real double room with 2 beds. So one should have written twin in the room description. |

Did not spend much time in the hotel but when asking at reception for info was very pleased with the staff. Did find some coments inacurate as it was only tem mins walk from historical center and was easy to find and the air-con was good enough even with temps of 37+ outside |

Friendly staff, the free opera shuttle, satisfying buffet breakfast Some of the rooms are tiny and there's a lot of noise from the neighbouring rooms and bathrooms. AC not working. The colours and decorations of the rooms and common areas are awfull. |

The hotel is easily walking distance to the city. The staff are very helpful. The breakfast and eating area is great (indoor/ outdoor). They have many other services, which make your stay more comfortable (ticket sales, opera bus service, restaurant etc) Its possible to park directly at the hotel, and the area is safe. There seemed to be too many guests in the breakfast area. Meaning that all teh food ran out, and the staff could not refill he food, set the table, check the coffee machine etc. But they were at least polite. |

Very good breakfast, just a 10 minutes walk from the city center, there's a nice cheap restaurant at the hotel. It doesn't disturbe your stay at the hotel, but there is a quite big and rather highly trafficated road outside of the hotel. |

Bus provided to the arena every night and return for the Opera which saved on taxi fares which vary considerably. Receptionists times two friendly and helpful. Basic hotel but affordable during thr Opera period compared to inside city hotels. Have not read other reviews as stayed here five years ago for the same reason. A basic hotel with nothing really to rave about suited a purpose, and some things needed addressing e/g not plug in sink tissues absent period window catche on balcony faulty. A/C turned off in the morning for the day. Outside temp 27-30 so needed. |

The complimentary bus shuttle to the Opera was very nice and convinent. It did have all it says ont the internet but certainly not he quality indicated on the internet. The wireless internet did not work well. The room was hot and when the man came to see about it, he said it was OK but we were sitting there sweating. The triple room was the size of a single. |

we had a special offer on a double room for 56 euro/night, which is not bad. The map on the booking website is a bit misleading. If you count the Arena as the centre of Verona, then the hotel a good 20 minutes walk away, not 10 as the lady at reception suggested. Also, 8 euros for parking is a rip off. |
