The breakfast was amazing (cold cuts and espresso - just ask the lady to make you one and keep away from the machine), comfy room (as shown on the pictures). Helpful staff (they speak adequate English).
A bit far from the city center altho thee is a bus stop quite close.
Very helpful staff, lovely food in the restaurant.
The bath was broken and not clean
Close to old City: Free shuttle to and from Opera
Nice hotel situated not far from the old town and train station. Free shuttle to the train station. Clean, comfortable rooms, good rich breakfast, wifi. Highly recommended.
friendly staffs, clean rooms, exquisite bathroom and fluent Wi-Fi !
a bit far from downtown area
Clean, quiet, friendly staff, near to city attraction, free parking and good Wi-fi, right price.
Our stay was pleasant. The hotel catered for our needs.
All was satisfactory
Good location. Comfortable room. Pleasant staff
The breakfast and coffee was very good.
The location was a bit too far to walk to town or the station (with luggage). They could not tell me if there were English channels in tv, I had to go through 1000 to find 2. The restaurant meal was small and expensive.
I liked that they had a shuttle to take you near arena if you were going to opera and one to take you to the station. Breakfast included was good and dinner tasty.
Shower was very slippery.
Free parking place, excellent breakfast, good value for money, clean spacious room.
poor wifi signal, quite far from the city center.
A tourist hotel that's great for a one or two night stay. Staff are excellent, restaurant food is good with a good variety of food for breakfast, Just off from the city centre but can be walked in 20 mins. Shuttle bus to get you too and from the Arena.
A bit noisy as it's on a busy main road
Small but secure private garage (€8). Place lovely and clean. Bilingual staff.
Average comfort. Snug room for 4.
The biggest breakfast we ever had while travelling through Italy NIce stuff Fast internnet connection, free of charge
A bit far from the city center, but Verona is quite small, so- no problem
* price! * clean hotel with all required confort * easy/free parking * breakfast good for this category hotel * friendly reception staff
* Wifi was working for email but lot of sites blocked (authentication steps required which I didn't want to take) * temperature in the room cannot be changed (you can open window and the rest is controlled by central conditioning system)
Good location, walking distance from all important sites. There's a nice restaurant for dinner. The room was nice and clean. Very friendly staff.
The wifi doesn't work fully. You have to register at a website to get full access to the navigator. And apps like maps and weather reports didn't work at all.
Helpful receptionists who provided us with information about places we planned to visit.
The temperamental shower.
Good for a free WiFi facility available to guests, quick connection and easy access.
Cannot get connection from the room, only when I came down to the reception area to get connection
The receptionist staffs spoke brilliant English, which is sometime a struggle when we were at Italy. They suggested and explained clearly about everything we asked, e.g: public laundry, bus number to the hotel. Breakfast was quite okay and they have various kind of bread and cake but not a good coffee. Also, they provided shuttle bus every half an hour.
I don't know what's the reason, but the receptionist asked for our hotel key when we were away to have some dinner and do a laundry outside.
Daytime desk staff exceptional; evening staff pleasant; night staff aloof. Decent breakfast with variety; great savory croissant the first AM, but none thereafter.
Air-conditioning erratic: First night too warm, second night too cold for which I was unprepared; I eventually adjusted for nights 3 and 4, but there was no ability for guest control. Overall, very clean room EXCEPT the lamp by the bathroom mirror was rather disgustingly dirty and cringeworthy. Difficult location as one cannot cross the adjacent park to access the rest of central Verona; circumvention on the way in and out too time-consuming.
Breakfast was good. Rooms were adequate but nothing special. One of the desk staff didn't seem too pleasant, but maybe it was just my perception. Nice and quiet location on the outskirts of the city.
The driveway to the parking garage under the building is not for the faint-hearted! One car wide, very steep, with a tight curve and no visibility. Coming up, you have to gun the engine for the steepness but it comes right out on a sidewalk. Good thing Italians have health insurance!
Nice rooms, clean and air conditioning, 20 min. to the city center and 15 to the Porta Nuova and helpfull staff.
Not a good Wi-Fi connection.
The staff were very friendly and very informative. The hotel is a good 15 minute walk into the centre but they do have a free shuttle bus that we did not use. Very good price for the quality of hotel. Would recommend to other travellers.
As we were travelling from Prague to Italy, we were trying to save some money with regards to accommodation, we got a really good deal on booking.com it was a lovely hotel even if it was a walk from the train station, again we had just missed the free shuttle bus. Breakfast was excellent at no extra cost and the coffee was just fabulous.
The hotel was near the train station but 25 mins walk from city centre. I felt the room could have been cleaner, there was an open little bottle of shampoo in the shower and the sheets could have been cleaner.
