some confusion over which room we were in when family members called.
I Liked the hotel, it was clean, the bed was comfortable and it was quite close to the center and shopping. Taxis were easy to come by and there was a drug store close by.
I wish the receptionist smiled a bit more my mornings would have been better, but she was good at what she did, very helpful.
Price, parking, nice breakfest, 20 minutes walk to center (if you dont mind to walk)
The hotel and room is not so new but clean
very helpful and professional lady at the reception!
Very good location between porta nova train station and town but not easy to follow local maps shuttle bus service from hotel to centre and train was great. Restaurant was excellent in hotel sit outside. I would stay here again.
Bedroom very small had to climb over bed to get to inside No plug in bedroom to charge phone had to sit downstairs but it was not major problem Bed was very hard I know they all are in Italy but this was the hardest
It is not far from the city centre. Breakfast is good. Reception tries to help you with an advice about the city. They have transfer to the train station but we didn't try it
it is not very close to the railway station. The have no early check in and are not very kind at the reception - polite but not very welcoming Reception is very Italian - if you ask for the bottle opener, for example, they will definitely say what they think about your vine - and if you bought not the best one they will say that you made a bad choice.
location was ok, free transport (5 min.) from hotel to center and back. visited Verona only 1 day and then the hotel is fine, I wouldn't stay there for a week. rooms are very small and not much choice for breakfast, but again, for 1 night it was good.
Location. Inside garage. Internet in room. Good bed. Clean. Elevator to reach upper floors. Good breakfast.
4 Euro per motorcycle per night for indoor parking.
The breakfast was amazing (cold cuts and espresso - just ask the lady to make you one and keep away from the machine), comfy room (as shown on the pictures). Helpful staff (they speak adequate English).
A bit far from the city center altho thee is a bus stop quite close.
Very helpful staff, lovely food in the restaurant.
Reasonable price, parking, breakfast
Further from city centre, older hotel, smaller room, very slowly elevator - we had to use the stairs every time..
The bath was broken and not clean
Close to old City: Free shuttle to and from Opera
Nice hotel situated not far from the old town and train station. Free shuttle to the train station. Clean, comfortable rooms, good rich breakfast, wifi. Highly recommended.
friendly staffs, clean rooms, exquisite bathroom and fluent Wi-Fi !
a bit far from downtown area
Clean, quiet, friendly staff, near to city attraction, free parking and good Wi-fi, right price.
Exellent restourant, good place to stay for 1-2 nights, frendly staff.
Not very good place to quiet sleeping, no markets near hotel.
Our stay was pleasant. The hotel catered for our needs.
All was satisfactory
Good location. Comfortable room. Pleasant staff
The breakfast and coffee was very good.
The location was a bit too far to walk to town or the station (with luggage). They could not tell me if there were English channels in tv, I had to go through 1000 to find 2. The restaurant meal was small and expensive.
I liked that they had a shuttle to take you near arena if you were going to opera and one to take you to the station. Breakfast included was good and dinner tasty.
Shower was very slippery.
Free parking place, excellent breakfast, good value for money, clean spacious room.
poor wifi signal, quite far from the city center.
A tourist hotel that's great for a one or two night stay. Staff are excellent, restaurant food is good with a good variety of food for breakfast, Just off from the city centre but can be walked in 20 mins. Shuttle bus to get you too and from the Arena.
A bit noisy as it's on a busy main road
Small but secure private garage (€8). Place lovely and clean. Bilingual staff.
Average comfort. Snug room for 4.
The biggest breakfast we ever had while travelling through Italy NIce stuff Fast internnet connection, free of charge
A bit far from the city center, but Verona is quite small, so- no problem
