Pleasant stay. Clean and comforatble. Good value, great breakfast, easy walk into the historic area of the city.

The room was a little warm and stuffy, but the window could not be opened. The front desk said they would turn the air conditioner on in our room, but they never did. Not a big deal though, overall we were happy.

Reception staff very good very helpful. Hotel situated 20min walk from railway station 30mins walk from city cent. Tea/coffee free for guests in foyer also beers, water and fruit juices to purchase in foyer.

The hotel restaurant was managed by a rude man with no customer relation skills whatsoever. We were 9 people travelling together. On entering the restaurant we were told "you cant have separate bills I have no change" we hadn't requested this anyway! His service was appalling to say the least. We were made to feel we were nuisances! The food however was quite acceptable and we would of dined there more often if the service had been better.

Good location, breakfast quite ok, fast and stable wi-fi. The restaurant downstairs looks very popular - at 8pm all the tables were occupied.

Very little to complain about - seems there is no ventilation or it is not working - so sleeping with closed window is nearly impossible.

Hotel was beautiful and stuff was very friendly. The room was clean and bathroom as well. On the ground floor of the hotel there is a door to the restaurant (situated just to the next door), so it was so convenient to come back after so long day and eat just downstairs )) The breakfast was very nice as well: eggs, different kinds of cereals, milk, coffee, tea, bread,cheeses, prosciutto, salame, mortadella (different tipes of italian ham), yogurt.

Far from the city centre (about 30min on foot)

Cost/Performance Ratio is very good. The room was very small and has not the standard as a more expansive hotel would have, yes, but for the price you cannot expect more and it was clean which is the most important issue for us. The staff was friendly, the breakfast was ok - a wide range of fruits and sweets, ham, cheese, cornflakes, cakes etc. The hotel has free-of-charge parking and is easy to find as it is situated on a big road (but we did not hear the traffic in the room). On the other hand, we heard other guests in our room but for one or two nights it was ok. The hotel is also close to the centre.

Good proximity to old town (15 minute walk, pretty straight forward) and exhibition center. friendly and helpful staff.

The front desk staff was very friendly. Especially the young lady. The breakfast, especially the hot drinks, was very pleasing which isn't always the case at a hotel. The staff at the breakfast area actually noticed that my son didn't like the soft boiled eggs and without asking came to us with hard boiled eggs. That was greatly appreciated. The lunch/dinner restaurant was pretty good and reasonably priced also.

Very helpful staff. The breakfast was great, with quality ingredients. Free WiFi in all the hotel areas. Nice restaurant on the ground floor. Location is OK, if you don't mind a 20 min walk to the city center, which is no problem at all! And the value for money great! If i happen in Verona again, would gladly go back to this hotel.

if i have to find something, the pillows were not so good, at least mine :(
