The complimentary bus shuttle to the Opera was very nice and convinent. It did have all it says ont the internet but certainly not he quality indicated on the internet. The wireless internet did not work well. The room was hot and when the man came to see about it, he said it was OK but we were sitting there sweating.The triple room was the size of a single. |

The hotel has a good location, pretty closer to the historical centre of the city. The confort was acceptable and the hotel staff was nice. The buffet breakfast was very good and diversified. |

Clean room Outside of the city center, in a quite unromatic place next to big roads. A lot of noise from the roads all night long. Unpractical bathroom. |

we had a special offer on a double room for 56 euro/night, which is not bad. The map on the booking website is a bit misleading. If you count the Arena as the centre of Verona, then the hotel a good 20 minutes walk away, not 10 as the lady at reception suggested. Also, 8 euros for parking is a rip off. |

The buffet breakfast had a great variety for Italian standards, and the garden was nice. We were very disappointed. We were given a tiny single room for double use, and the hotel staff was very unfriendly and unhelpful in every way. The room we had was actually so small, that we had to climb over the less than queen size bed to reach the window. The shower was extremely small, and the toilet was squeezed into the bathroom in an odd angle so that you could not sit on it straight. |

I was impressed by the freindliness of the staff and their willing ness to help make phonecalls in Italian etc., especially Anna Perni! The room was VERY samll! I could not imagine a dissabled person using this room due to the difficulty in gettting around the bed. |
