Приятный отель с хорошим обслуживанием. Вкусные обеды. Бесплатный прокат велосипедов. После 3-х дневного посещения отеля почувствовали себя отдохнувншими. Из номера до бассейна можно выходить в халате, а также на завтрак и обед. Один раз кусочки хлорки попал в купальник, ощущение было не очень приятное.

Buona la cucina. Ottima la pulizia. Personale efficiente. Confortevole la zona piscina esterna con lettini. Camere non ben isolate, si sentiva una perdita di un tubo/doccia del bagno accanto o sopra. Effettivamente qualche lavoro di rinnovo/restyling non guasterebbe. La sala-colazione un po' angusta e la colazione non un granché.

1) cure efficaci e Personale cortesissimo e professionale 2) cicina molto curata Non mi sembra che lo stato attuale delle camere e dei bagni corrisponda a un 5 stelle. Credo che l'hotel avrebbe necessita' di una appropriata ristrutturazione delle stanze.

обслуживание просто на высшем уровне. незнание языка не проблема. сотрудница наталья решит все вопросы с врачом, процедурами, на рецепции, проконсультирует по эл. почте - все очень доброжелательны! просто отдыхайте- никаких проблем у вас не будет. просторные номера, утром и вечером заливаются птицы, тихое место, рядом парк, от центра 2 минуты. не реальной красоты массажист макс вылепит из вас бабочку. подушки не удобные - из поролона. в ванной очень скудный набор. шампунь, кондиционер, крем все нужно везти с собой или там купить. контингент отдыхающих очень возрастной.

La grande cortesia e attenzione verso il cliente e la grande professionalità di tutto il personale. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Ottima la pulizia e il confort della camera. Eccellente la qualità della cena servita in un bellissimo salone con sottofondo musicale dal vivo e completa e abbondante la colazione. Ottimo il livello professionale del personale addetto al Centro Benessere e dei prezzi dei trattamenti e gentile attentissimo il personale delle piscine termali. Un fine settimana veramente piacevole e rilassante.

Es wurde mir der Normalpreis verrechnet, ich habe um € 100.- pro Tag bei Ihnen gebucht,für die Halbpension wurde mir € 145.- pro Tag verrechnet, dass ist der Normalpreis. Für ein Abendessen € 45.-??? Ich werde im Hotel President nicht mehr absteigen. Auch für Ihre Buchungsplattform ist es keine gute Werbung. Sie sollten eine zweite Buchungmöglichkeit einführen - Halbpension oder diese Hotels aus ihrem Angebot streichen Nur ärger mit dem Preis wie oben Ich glaube fast es ist Betrug, wenn man bei Ihnen günstig bucht und dann doch den normalen Preis verrechnet bekommt

Un albergo curato nei particolari, ben arredato, pulito. Il ristorante è di qualità così pure il centro benessere! Mi ha stupito che un albergo a 5 stelle non preveda l'uso delle cuffie per l'accesso alle piscine, non chieda ai clienti di tenere il telefono silenziato, per tutto il giorno nella zona relax attorno ale piscine è un continuo trillare di cellulari. Nei bagni molto scarsa la dotazione di prodotti ! All'arrivo c'era un bocettino di shampo usato a metà che non è stato sostituito mai!
