The staff were friendly and most helpful, location was convenient. No fuss. The breakfast was poor, the room smelled of smoke, the lift was too small. |

Mr.Guiliani at the reception desk is great and thanks to him who explain us everything about Florence and Toskany,where to go,to eat... we have a wonderful time.The location and the view from hotel is exellent, also the rooms are specious with large bathrooms. |

The rooms have character, an the staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfast was adequate. The shower pressure was terrible! |

Balcony on 3rd floor overlooking river. This gave good light in room and one had privacy. The photos of rooms were a little misleading, the furniture was a tad shabby for what we expected from a 4 star hotel. The laundry was outrageously dear - 70 euros for one load! |

This elegant but not fancy hotel makes you feel absolutely at home. You almost don't feel that you are in a hotel but in a friend's house. The front desk people are very nice and helpful. Breakfast is very good. Now on every time I go to Florecence I will stay at Hotel Principe. |

Heating was off during night time and woke up early morning because of cold air. We complained three times but no adequate response. Heating. Low water pressure and not hot enough water for bath. |

boutique hotel,location,quite,I had the junior suite so we had a lot of space and it was very comfortable.the breakfast room is quite,clean and full of charm.and the food was good and sufficient. |

Lo staff è stato molto cortese e disponibile. La stanza era abbastanza spaziosa, ben arredata e molto panoramica, con una terrazza sul Lungarno Vespucci. |

Läget och utsikten mot floden. Småskaligheten. Vänlig betjäning. Vissa rum och allmänna utrymmen är i behov av ny fräschör, rummen mot norr är kalla om vintern (om de inte har på värmen). Stor skillnad mellan rummen. |

Pouze poloha a parking v arealu hotelu. V hotelu se mi nelibilo hlavně nedostatečné odhlučnění, zařízení hotelu působí trochu staromodně, hotel jako celek nic moc. |

Hôtel très agréable au personnel disponible et attentionné, où nous avons spécialement apprécié la situation privilégiée près du coeur historique de Florence, la terrasse avec vue sur l'Arno, le grand calme et la possibilité de laisser la voiture en toute sérénité sur place. Dommage que le débit de l'eau soit faible dans la salle de bains. |

me ha gustado el trato personal y familiar del personal. La tranquilidad de poder dejar el coche bien aparcado estando a pocos minutos del centro y la tranquilidad de estar en el centro de Florencia sin la gente que visita el centro. |

Mycket vänlig och hjälpsam personal. Hotellet har ett enastående läge vid kanten av floden Arno, med promenadavstånd till stadskärnan. Rummen är inredda med gamla italienska möbler vilket är väldigt charmigt. Vi fick rum högst upp med stor altan överblickande floden och hela staden. Lugnt och fridfullt på natten, utan störande ljud. Frukost buffen är överraskande riklig för italienska mått. I sin helhet ett förstklassigt ställe med personlighet och karaktär - långt ifrån de stora hotellkedjornas likformighet. |

c'est un hôtel très beau,chargé d'histoire dont la propriétaire se fait très agréablement l'écho.La gentillesse y est de mise.On ne souhaite qu'une chose c'est d'y revenir. Dans ces batiments anciens l'insonorisation intérieure est faible mais on l'oublie vite compte tenu des autres prestations |
