Hotel Principe di Fitalia  

Service provided by the staff was excellent. It has the feel of a family run small hotel and you are made to feel so welcome from the moment you arrive up to and including when you leave !! (thank you Levinia !) We asked to move rooms as we did not have a balcony or outside space to enjoy the warm evenings. This was immediately attended to the next day as soon as another room became available (thank you Letizzia !) Furthermore, we were offered a late check out without even asking for it (thank you Guiseppe !) when it was established we were catching a later flight. Public and Pool areas are beautiful with an abundance of flowers, trees, loungers by the pool and of course towels provided. Short trip to beach club also adds to a high class holiday experience !! We had a superb stay at this hotel and I would very highly recommend it. We hope to return next year.

Hotel offers an excellent free shuttle service to both the Beach Club and Old Town of Orteiga. However, staying out of town gives the benefit of space, peace, and facilities that could not be matched easily in the City. Most visitors had a hire car, which is advisable for flexibility during your stay here.This is not a 'dislike' about the hotel, but a 'trade off' for the excellent, out of town facilities you can expect at this up market residence.

Nice and helpfull staff. Clean rooms and a very good breakfast. Ideal for those who want to relax as this hotel is quite.

Alcuni particolari da migliorare.

Netter Service, schönes Zimmer mit Balkon, tiptop sauber, gepflegter Pool, ordentliches Frühstücksbuffet, ruhige Lage etwas ausserhalb (Auto empfehlenswert). Auf meine Beanstandung (Matratze war eine Katastrophe) wurde umgehen reagiert und Abhilfe geschaffen.

Die Matratze, die wir in der ersten Nacht hatten war total am Ende - durchgelegen, schräg abgenutzt und jede Feder zu spüren. Habe mich am nächsten Morgen beschwert, und es wurde Abhilfe geschaffen. Ich muss dazu sagen, dass ich nicht empfindlich bin und eigentlich auch nicht der Typ der sich sofort beschwert, das Ding war wirklich durch. Wurde aber umgehend behoben, und daher ok.

La struttura, l'ambiente e soprattutto la cordialità e l'attenzione al cliente procurano sin da subito sensazioni gradevoli e rilassanti. Camere ampie e confortevoli, ottima pulizia. Eccellente la cucina. Siamo stati in altri hotel e strutture eccellenti ma il Principe di Fitalia ha un valore aggiunto non trovato, a questi livelli, in altri: la cordialità, la gentilezza e la professionalità di tutto lo staff.

Molto confortevole e silenzioso. Un luogo ideale per rilassarsi. Per essere adeguatamente sfruttato però richiede un'auto. Infatti c'è una navetta che porta alla spiaggia di Arenella e ad Ortigia, ma ad orari limitati; e poi si perderebbe l'occasione di visitare la riserva di Vendicari con le sue magnifiche spiagge, Noto, e molti altri luoghi che meritano. Ortigia è a 15 minuti d'auto, e non è difficile parcheggiare, neanche in agosto. Il personale dell'albergo è gentilissimo, e la colazione insolitamente ricca, per le abitudini italiane.

Lo staff che ha dimostrato serietà, cortesia e professionalità nell'accoglienza e nella soluzione dei bisogni manifestati. Inoltre la location è di grande gusto e di buona eleganza

Aangenaam rustig gelegen hotel, gelegen in het platteland onmiddellijk tegenaan Siracuse. Gratis parking, eenvoudige maar correcte kamers. Verzorgd ontbijt met uitgebreide keuze. Voor diner 's avonds moet je wel bij het ontbijt uw menukeuze reeds maken. Het diner zelf is relaxed en lekker Een (huur)auto met GPS is absoluut aangewezen. Het hotel heeft wel een shuttle richting Siracuse en richting strand maar ik denk dat alle gasten er met een auto waren. Ik had in dit hotel eerder het gevoel van een luxueuze bed&breakfast. Onze kinderen vonden het zwembad en de fitness met ook ping-pongtafel zeer aangenaam.

es un hotel estupendo, aunque los accesos dejan mucho que desear, todas las instalaciones del hotel son perfectas, sobre todo la piscina y su terraza, dónde te pueden servir desde un aperitivo hasta la cena si la acuerdas anteriormente. El desayuno es bastante completo y el personal es encantador, teniendo detalles con sus clientes que van más allá de lo correcto.El wi fi funciona bien en cualquier parte del hotel y es gratuito.

Las carreteras o más bien caminos que hay que usar para ir a la ciudad

Hotel muy acogedor, con personal encantador, dispuesto siempre a ayudarte y a que te sientas a gusto. Buen desayuno, muy casero. Muy bien situado cerca de Siracusa y de la carretera general. Está en una zona rural en los alrededores de Siracusa muy tranquila. La piscina es estupenda.

La habitación familiar es pequeña para 4 personas y tiene un solo baño también pequeño. Dificil de encontrar el primer dia, luego te dan un mapa con el que ya no vuelves a perderte.
