Friendly & (sufficient) english speaking staff at reception & breakfast. Clean room. Good position near Via Veneto & close to train station for reasonably easy walk. Opening windows. Although not on main street, was very noisy during night (double glazed windows but inadequate due to lack of effective seal between windows & wooden frame). Thin walls. Would prefer to have tea/coffee facilities in room. |

Relative vicinity to main streets in the center. Hotel staff very pleasent. Not close to what was advertised on some internet sites. It's a 2* hotel at best. |

We were attending a wedding at St. Patrick's Augustinian Church and this hotel was recommended by the priest. Our experience was very positive. The rooms were a good size, well fitted out, very clean and the staff were very courteous and obliging. |

El personal del hotel fue muy amable en todo momento y estaba bastante bien comunicado y centrico. Las habitaciones no son segun mi punto de vista para un hotel de 3 estrellas, el baño aunque limpio es muy antiguo, tuvimos que pedir en dos ocasiones que arreglasen el agua de la ducha pues solo salia hirviendo y en la puerta de nuestra habitacion habia un telefono para el personal del hotel que empezaba a sonar a las 7. |

Nulla purtroppo arrivato in hotel con prenotazione booking, lo staff dell'albergo mi ha riferito che un signore si era trattenuto una notte in più e che quindi non era più disponibile la stanza. Mi hanno dirottato in una hotel alternativo dove sono stato trattato malissimo. |
