The hotel staff spoke adequate english and was friendly with the guests,location was good too but not all that close to barberini station in order to get the metro,generally we had a pleasant stay economical and explored Rome.If your looking for a relatively cheap accommodation and adequate breakfast when you visit Rome thats the hotel you should go to.The hotel met our basic needs in terms of accommodation and hospitallity. Insolation ,we had a front view room on the road and there was noise sometimes,but ok that didnt bothered us all that much because 'what you pay is what you get'they say so we kinda expected that. |

Friendly & (sufficient) english speaking staff at reception & breakfast. Clean room. Good position near Via Veneto & close to train station for reasonably easy walk. Opening windows. Although not on main street, was very noisy during night (double glazed windows but inadequate due to lack of effective seal between windows & wooden frame). Thin walls. Would prefer to have tea/coffee facilities in room. |

Relative vicinity to main streets in the center. Hotel staff very pleasent. Not close to what was advertised on some internet sites. It's a 2* hotel at best. |

La posizione dell'albergo é ottimale per poter visitare la città e perché é comunque vicino a punti di interesse anche per viaggi di lavoro; anche le camere sono sufficientemente confortevoli. La colazione, per il tono dell'hotel, é scarsa e con poca varietà; non c'é un tostapane per scaldare il pane per esempio. |

Gentilezza del personale, posizione centrale e ben servita, ampiezza della stanza, ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. La colazione potrebbe decisamente essere migliorata, sia come quantità, sia come qualità. |

La ubicación del hotel, ideal para no estar en pleno centro y aún así cerca de los atractivos turísticos.El personal muy agradable. El hotel en general está bien aunque creo que no se corresponde con un 3*. Sugeriría variar el desayuno (demasiado paquete y bollería industrial). |

Limpieza, muy céntrico. Te hacen un cargo en tu tarjeta de crédito a débito, con la excusa de que han comprobado tu tarjeta y no funcionaba, sin avisar, y sólo te lo explican cuando realizas el check out el último día. |
