Very friendly reception girl. Advised us a very nice restaurant nearby. There wasn't any hot water. And they didn't tell us about it. However we got a 20 euro discount on our bill. |

It was said, that the hotel has a private beach which is not really true. There were a lot of Sardinian people (not from hotel) and dirty beach... |

This is the best buy for your money if traveling to Alghero. The hotel was clean and the staff was very helpful. They had live music every night and it was great to sit out on the terrace overlooking the sea. Just a relaxing place that was went beyond what we were expecting. A shuttle to the airport perhaps? (Only 4 miles away). |

Beautiful views,wonderful beach and saltwater swimming pools cheap bus from airport straight to fertillia 10 minute walk away Isolated (alghero 8 kilometers away) and food expensive in hotel,not of great quality |

Friendly helpful staff, very traditional Sardinian atmosphere and menu. Hard matress but not enough to spol our stay. The hotel is very rural and car hire is recommended. |

The hotel staff were extremely friendly and were excellent in trying to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The shower cubicle in the bathroom was clostrophobic, the smallest shower cubicle that I have ever seen! which made it very difficult to have a decent shower. |

The staff were extremely helpful at all times. The pool was beautiful, good to get towels every day for the pool and beach. Evening meals were good value but busy. The nightly singing outside our room!! I was glad we hired a car as it was a little isolated which we enjoyed but would have been frustrated if we could not get about. The rooms were more 3 star than 4 but this was more than made up for by the facilities and food |

Helpful and very friendly staff, very clean rooms, excellent selection for breakfast. The beds are extremely uncomfortable and very hard. The beach was advertised as being beautiful with clear water, but this is misadvertising it does not open to June 13 and is an unattractive rocky dirty looking small area which would need a great of work to resemble a 'beach'. |

la situation sur la plage, la vue depuis les chambres la piètre qualité des installations (parties communes et chambres), vetusteté de l'ensemble. prix exagéré. prestations ne correspondant certainement pas à un 4 étoiles (au mieux un 3). nous avions réservé une chambre triple et nous nous sommes retrouvé dans une chambre double standard avec trois lits (un peu camping) et tout celà au prix d'une triple ! |

la vista de la habitacion Precio desorbitado para los servicios y el confort. El baño es un espacio de 2 x 2 metros con un plato de ducha y una cortina de plastico con moho. Es una pension de una estrella a precio de un hotel de cuatro estrellas. Estuvimos los dos dias sin agua caliente. Recuerda a las pensiones para turistas en Mallorca de los años 60, Mobiliario anticuado , La TV no funcionaba |

La cortesia e l'estrema disponibilità dello staff; la perfetta pulizia delle camere e delle parti comuni. L'ospitalità in senso lato. Non per esperienza diretta perchè ho usufruito del ristorante marginalmente fuori orario all'arrivo, ma altri ospiti si sono lamentati della "mensa" |

Ein gepflegtes Hotel, wunderschöne ´Swimmingpoolanlage, Frühstück ist ausgezeichnet, wir waren anschließend im Hotel Stefanie was ebenfalls als 4 Stern geführt ´wird. Das Punta Negra ist zum Vergleich um zwei Klassen besser und wird daher von mir auch weiterempfohlen |
