Location is good for station and sights although after a long day the Vatican can seem like a bit of a trek but taxis are plentiful

Staff very friendly. Maps and recommendations. Nice lobby, room, bathroom and breakfast It was hard to find because via Urbana is a street actually a story below the street that shows as its predecessor on the map. When coming out if train station go left on via Cavour until reach a little park like area on right ( a few blocks?) then turn right down to Via Urbana. Hotel is on next corner on left side

The hotel was in a central location, but not noisy, the staff were very nice and helpful especially Eduardo he was amazing, I have Astma and they had put me on the top floor which was very warm and stuffy, Eduardo got me a fan to borrow, then after a couple of days, Eduardo got us moved to the second floor which was great. Thank you Eduardo It would have been nice to be able to make tea or coffee in the room! they do provide this facility all day but you have to sit on the ground floor to take advantage of this facility! the rooms are very dark, Stuffy and dismal.

The staff was very friendly and helpfull. We enjoyed the breakfast with pastry, fruits, cheese, different types of meat/salamy, omlette, cakes, fresh juice. The capuccino was the best I ever drank in a hotel and also the croissants. The room was big and very clean. The hotel is very close to the center and you do not need to use the metro or the bus, the only exception is the Vatican, but if you enjoy walking you can go there also by foot.

Friendly and efficient staff, clean and well equipped bedroom and bathroom. The hotel was a short walk from Termini rail station and was within short walking distance of many local restaurants.

The staff is extremely friendly, cheerful, speaking perfect English. Breakfast is fresh and tasty! Let's not forget the location- 10min walk from the Termini station, even less from the Colosseum. You can walk to most of the places including Spanish steps, the Trevi fountain, etc. It was my second time with Hotel Raffaello and I recommend it to all my friends and colleagues. The shower! So so soo tiny. At 1,75m I had hardly any space to lift my arms and wash my hair. So tiny...

Eduardo was very helpful to us, and cheerful! Thanks Eduardo! Restaurant recommendations were very good, too. The morning breakfast was perfect with eggs, meats and very good espresso. Staff there were friendly and helpful, too. Thank you all for a nice stay (2/11 to 2/15) shower is very small, but i'm 6'6" and not many showers fit me.

The location is great for the colosseum and forum, and an easy walk to the train station. The staff were good, but a bit overly relaxed in their attitude. Otherwise, a great hotel that was comfortable and clean.

The hotel is centrally located to popular historic sites in Rome with many of them in easy walking distance. It has good facilities, a generous breakfast and is good value for money. I would stay there again. It was hard to control the heat in the room at night and the room got quite hot. But to be fair I kept forgetting to raise this with he hotel staff.
