The Raffaello Hotel was a wonderful, well-appointed hotel with a superior hotel staff: the friendly, ever-helpful front desk staff, the wonderful women who served breakfast (remembering our special coffee orders every morning!), and the attentive and non-intrusive housekeeping team. The hotel made our stay in Rome just perfect! |

The hotel was appropriate for moderate price short city break to Rome. It was a good location, the staff were friendly/ helpful, the rooms and general hotel was clean and in good repair. We wold recommend this hotel to family and friends. no not really for price paid it was good value |

We stayed at the Raffaello Hotel for five nights and had a "perfect stay". The facilities were better than we have experienced in other similarly ranked hotels. The hotel staff was very pleasant and helpful. We especially want to commend the breakfast staff - the hot food was hot, everything was fresh, the selection was good. Due to a mix-up in not knowing the correct time, one morning we arrived for breakfast at 5 minutes before the end of the breakfast period and we were still served with a full selection just as if we had arrived at the start of the breakfast period, and were not pressured to leave so that the staff could finish clean up. We don't encourage others to arrive late for breakfast, but it is comforting to know that the staff will accommodate the guests. |

The hotel was conveniently located close to the train station. The room was quite comfortable and the staff was helpful with directions, recommendations for dinner. Breakfast was ample with a nice selection to choose from. I think the internet access should be included (a fee was charged to use the one computer). |

Nearness to public transport and restaurants, shops etc. Very helpful staff, good breakfast choice. Not on main road. Expensive internet charge. |

Within walking distance to railway station; Reception welcoming on arrival and on departure method of payment was offered in AUD currency. Great location. Safety/Security in the area is noted. |

Location was exellent,hotel was comfortable and staff was friendly and hotel is walking distance from the termini train station and most sights.I would stay here again. We had booked for 3 people but they did not have such a room when we checked in so they gave us a nice room with a terrace and brought in a cot type of bed which was not great but worked out ok.Internet access worked well and was not outrageous .10 euro for 6 hours. |

Great location, near to train station and historical centre, yet quiet as well. Staffs are friendly and polite, always helpful. Lovely double room with beautiful furnitures, just the TV set is a bit too small to watch, it's pretty minnor tho. breakfast,,,,,a bit salty |

The room was spotlessly clean and in excellent condition. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful and the dining room for breakfast opened at exactly 7.00am even on Sunday. |

Simply a great hotel. In a nice relatively quiet street, good location, not too close to Termini station, so the area is safe. Staff bent over backwards to make us comfortable. Superb breakfast. |
