Nice staff, good breakfast, close to main train station and some must see sites a little away from the "heart of Rome" but if you are up for walking still do-able |

quite room comfortable bed nice reception staff decent breakfast our window opened onto a wall, but I did ask for quiet and that's what I got. Shower a bit tight with the jacuzzi gubbings in there any one on the broad or chunky side would have trouble. |

Good location near Termini Station and Via Nazionale bus stops and near great restaurants. Staff was helpful with food/shopping recommendations. Great on-site breakfast (loved that you could get espresso in the morning). Not being able to use an iron for ironing clothes. |

The staff were very pleasant and helpful. We were upgraded to a spacious room with a very comfortable bed and lovely terrace. Good breakfast. Would have preferred a normal, larger shower, rather than the "jacuzzi shower" which left little room to stand in. |

Staff was very very kind and helpful. The hotel is great but the location was not ideal. To fully enjoy joy Rome, a hotel that is closer in walking distance to the Trevi Fountain and Pantheon is best because you are in great walking distance to many landmarks and great walking areas at night. Raffelo is just not that place. |

The staff were very friendly and very helpful. They all speak good English which was great for us as we don't speak Italian. Hotel is comfortable with a lovely relaxed atmosphere. Bedrooms have air conditioning, which is a must in the Roman heat (we went in September). Breakfast is great with lots of choice. The location on a quiet street is fabulous - close to the main station (just under 10 mins walk) for all forms of transport. Very close lots of great restaurants. Between 10 and 20 minutes walking distance from many landmarks eg Colosseum. Would definitely stay here again and would also recommend it. |

The Raffaello Hotel is a well run hotel with personnel that go out of their way to make their guests comfortable and their stay enjoyable. Very clean. Excellent breakfasts! Small shower stalls, no wash clothes or terry towels for the hands. Small soap bars that slip out of your hands. Like other European hotels the lifts are very small and stops at landings between floors. |

This hotel is very close to Rome Central train station. Within walking distance to all the main sites. The lift stops only half way between floors, so there is always 1/2 a flight of stairs to climb or walk down. WiFi only works in the main foyer. |

the staff were extremely friendly, helpful and good natured. they also spoke very good english which was a plus for a non-italian speaker. it was a very casual atmosphere. breakfast was also a lively atmosphere with the staff attentive to needs. the bed was a little uncomfortable and the showers very small (no room to turn around or bend over). |

The reception staff were very friendly and the hotel was in a great location, not far from the Colosseum and close to the hop on/off bus stop. The local area had lots of restaurants and supermarkets, and our hotel room was way above my expectation for the price I paid. |

Friendly and helpful staff. Daily servicing of room and hotel was very clean. Wide variety of food at breakfast and only a 10 minute walk to the Colosseum. The street around the corner was a little unsavoury but it was easy to avoid and not a problem during the day. |
