Location is alright. 7 mins walk to metro. A cheap laundrette called Wash Point is just on the next street.
Same breakfast everyday with not much selection. No electric kettle. Was having stomachache and couldn't even make some hot drinks. Staff was not helpful. We wanted to get some recommendations on the tours but the staff just told us to look at the brochures (a big stack on the rack) ourselves. One of the staff commented rudely on our plan to visit the Appian Way and the Bath of Caracalla on the same day. Nonetheless he still helped us to make some calls that we needed.
The variety at breakfast! The coffee facilities available 24/7. Free wifi. Good location, close to most sights and great reastaurants nearby. Friendly staff, one dark haired woman and male with beard (in his 30's?).
Staff at breakfast could perhaps act a little more discreet when cleaning up around guests, now it seems like they (at least one of the three) are slamming the porcelain as much as they can! That the receptionist (male) called non-serious taxi drivers and robbers in the metro "all gypsies". That we were questionned by the same male receptionist when the wifi-code wasn't working, as if we were complete idiots. There was also a male with a beard working in the reception, he was on the other hand fantastic!
Service and staff
No bad experience

Location , helpful staff

This hotel was so nice. And special staff. I pre ordered bottle of wine and chocolates for my girlfriend and they put it nicely in the room They put as well nice card with my message..the day when we came it was birthday of my girlfriend and special Elena she made it much special for us. She gave special room with a balcony and nice view on the last floor. Im really aprappreciate and my girl is very happy and the stay was really special for us. Brealfast buffet was amazing as well. A lot of food and you choose exactly what is better for you. Ham,cheese, salamy, eggs, cakes, croissants, juices, coffee, tea! A lot. Very happy! Thanks a lot.
All was nice. Area is nice a lot of restaurants on the street. Close to all attractions and close to Termini.
All the staff in the Hotel were friendly and helpful. Hotel is very convenient for all sights of Rome.
We liked.... the street & neighbourhood, the breakfasts, the little lift, the old pictures, the little chocolate truffles on the pillows, the friendly staff, the value, the bed and the central location :)
The staff is friendly and happy to help, the breakfast is a wonderful start to each day, and the location enables you to start walking in any direction and visit amazing parts of the city.
The elevator is quite small but that can't be helped in such as historic building. Tight showers too.
Great service, wonderful breakfast, very helpful staff, perfect location - easy to walk to most sights in central Rome and only a few blocks from the Termini Station
Everybody was friendly and helpful, nothing too much trouble. Brilliant location.

Bed was very hard, though some people might like that!
The room is a bit small but cozy. All facilities are in good shape. Staff are excellent and helpful. Great recommendation of restaurants.
-very good tour guide. -very good pillow choice service.
-staff really rude with answears. -shower really small space. I don't think anyone above 70 kg, can take a shower in that space. -remote control of the air conditioning no avaible on winter. -small space to have a breakfast. Sometimes you have to wait 15 minutes for a table. -elevator does not leave you on the prooper flor. -stayed 5 days, the last day was booked for a better room, did not received any money back, or changed for a bettrr room. -wi fi horrible. -tv size is a complete disrespect.
Good pillow choice service. Very good tour guide.

Great location; the included breakfast was great; staff were very helpful.
We found the lift very small. We could barely fit into it with our luggage!
Great location, near the Termini Station and within walking distance of many Rome sites. Elena, the Concierge, was terrific. She had great advice about how to avoid lineups and saved us hours of walking and waiting. All staff were more than helpful.
A tiny elevator that is not for the claustrophobic.
Great breakfast Very helpful concierge - ask her to recommend nearby restaurants!
The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was also excellent. Very close to the train station and many attractions.
The walls were thin and the shower was quite tight to fit in to.
The staff made us feel very welcome, especially my young son who they remembered by name. The location is amazing - 5 mins from Colluseum, the main train station and some great pizza and pasta restaurants. Try Pizza Pizza, a takeaway on Via Cavour - we stopped here on our way from the station to the hotel (just at the top of the road on the left) - it does the best pizza we've ever tasted and is run by an old Italian couple. The hotel also does amazing breakfasts! We will definitely be back.
The hotel room was fantastic - could have just benefited from having tea/coffee making facilities in the room instead of downstairs, but this is only a minor detail.
Staff were great and the hotel was clean, very good location, walking distace from every major attraction. Would recommend this hotel to any one.
The coffee was delicious. Location ideal. Staff great and the price very reasonable
The conceirge Edoardo was very pleasant and helpful and the hotel surprised us with a complimentary bottle of wine (newlyweds). The other staff apart from one gentleman were all pleasant. The breakfast was very good and the food was fresh and there was a great selection and variety. The breakfast staff were very nice. The hotel is walking distance to the Central Station, the Colosseum , the Trevi fountain and other sights, for the Vatican and further sights, there is public transport. Great eateries all in the vicinity of the hotel. The hotel is clean and our room was made up with fresh towels every day. You could choose your preferred pillow from the "pillow menu"!!
You could hear the noise in the corridor when people talked or when the staff were cleaning. The bed was a little consumed, but ok for a few nights.
The free breakfast was plentiful and with lots of variety. Rooms were spotless. Wifi was a little slow
The pillows were hard but I chose a soft one from the pillow menu that was delivered within minutes. Excellent service
1. There is a tea room where guests can make tea and use a desktop computer at any time. 2. Breakfast is delicious and has many options. 3. Heating in the room is good.
1. Wifi signal is very weak in our room. 2. The place is 15 mins walk to the city center which might be inconvenient for travellers in winter.
