The hotel is close to the autostrada and we made a one night stopover whilst travelling to north Italy. The only hotel in Italy who could not use my American Express card which could not find the reason of problem. The front desk did not speak good English to communicate or solve the problem. |

Hotel situated in a good place for driving a car to the city or to other cities, and rooms were big enough. There wasn't a pool, but a jacuzzi was very cozy to our children. |

The staff at Reception were polite and helpful. However, on a few occassions I found the staff working in the breakfast restaurant a little cold and unhelpful. For example, I had been waiting a while to ask for tea, yet the Italians and Germans were served before me even though they arrived later. I felt this intimidating being a young female on my own. The bedroom was very comfortable, however sometimes I noticed the bathroom floor wasn't very clean; even when I arrived on my first day there were hairs on the floor. |

Due to flight delays i lost the last train to Moden and arrived the next day at the hotel. The staff was kind enough not to charge me for the lost night (although their policy was different). The best thing is that they have proposed that to me on their own. Breakfast should have more choises, especially with products of the region. |

We had requested a baby bed during reservation and also a non smoking room. We were initially put in a smoking room and they did not have the baby bed ready. However after we informed them about this, we were directly offered an alternative bedroom, without any problems. The breakfast room did not have a baby chair so we had to eat while holding the baby, which was not comfortable. |

The hotel rooms are clean and quite new. Breakfast is good. The room was extremely warm; air cond. wasn't operational; minibar was broken; internet line is very expensive and my 3g card had very poor signal. |

quiet place, easy to park, large room, flat TV There was a problem to the heating which ran all night. I expected a king size bed instead of two single beds, no bathtuub, crowded at breakfast with some empty trays |

De kamers waren voldoende en alles wat je op doorreis nodig hebt was aanwezig. Op zich zag het hotel er netjes uit. Het hotel lag in de middle of nowhere, er waren amper gasten, waardoor het hotel zeer ongezellig was, het uitzicht was nul komma nul. Het restaurant was duur en chique, maar onbezocht. De eetzaal voor het ontbijt leek zonder airconditioning. |

Très bon accueil. Prestations de très bon niveau et rapport qualité/prix intéressant. Le petit déjeuner est varié, complet et copieux. Le hall d'entrée ainsi que le desk sont bien conçus et agréable pour une courte pause.Bonne situation géographique pour une étape de vacances. La salle du petit déjeuner (1er étage) manque de climatisation et est déjà surchauffée à 8 heures du matin. Cela provient en plus du grill pain à l'entrée de la salle qui tourne en continu. Dommage que la façade qui donne sur la rue et sur le rond point soient dégradée ce qui donne à l'hôtel une image un peu léprosée et inquiétante alors que l'architecture intérieure est fort sympathique. |

Pulizia della camera. La stanza ben arredata e insonorizzata. Non è possibile effettuare il check out alle ore 15.00 come indicato sul Vs. sito e, una volta fatto notare alla signora della reception, questa ci ha risposto in modo brusco e scortese senza dare spiegazioni. La televisione non ha canali sky come invece è indicato anche sulla porta dell'hotel. |

Habitaciones muy amplias. Situación tranquila y Parking Hacia mucho frio en las habitaciones, quitamos en variar ocasiones el aire acondicionado pero se encendia automaticamente. Pedimos una manta y aun así pasamos frio. |
