Etant une famille de 4 j'ai trouvé l'espace des chambres tres grand donc pratique quand on a des enfants

Hotel destiné aux business , chambre accueillante et silencieuse, petit déjeuner buffet très bien

Le personnel à la réception, ne parle pas le français, hotel assez difficile à trouver .

The hotel is close to the autostrada and we made a one night stopover whilst travelling to north Italy.

The only hotel in Italy who could not use my American Express card which could not find the reason of problem. The front desk did not speak good English to communicate or solve the problem.

The staff at Reception were polite and helpful. However, on a few occassions I found the staff working in the breakfast restaurant a little cold and unhelpful. For example, I had been waiting a while to ask for tea, yet the Italians and Germans were served before me even though they arrived later. I felt this intimidating being a young female on my own. The bedroom was very comfortable, however sometimes I noticed the bathroom floor wasn't very clean; even when I arrived on my first day there were hairs on the floor.

Due to flight delays i lost the last train to Moden and arrived the next day at the hotel. The staff was kind enough not to charge me for the lost night (although their policy was different). The best thing is that they have proposed that to me on their own.

Breakfast should have more choises, especially with products of the region.

The hotel rooms are clean and quite new. Breakfast is good.

The room was extremely warm; air cond. wasn't operational; minibar was broken; internet line is very expensive and my 3g card had very poor signal.

De kamers waren voldoende en alles wat je op doorreis nodig hebt was aanwezig. Op zich zag het hotel er netjes uit.

Het hotel lag in de middle of nowhere, er waren amper gasten, waardoor het hotel zeer ongezellig was, het uitzicht was nul komma nul. Het restaurant was duur en chique, maar onbezocht. De eetzaal voor het ontbijt leek zonder airconditioning.

Non è possibile effettuare il check out alle ore 15.00 come indicato sul Vs. sito e, una volta fatto notare alla signora della reception, questa ci ha risposto in modo brusco e scortese senza dare spiegazioni. La televisione non ha canali sky come invece è indicato anche sulla porta dell'hotel.
