It was cheap comparing to other hotels in Rome, this is the only positive fact with this hotel..its better to pay a bit more and try something different! Rooms quite confortable..very old though Dont try this hotel for the following reasons: very far from city center (u need a bus and after tub to go to main city points..takes more than 40min) , very old with bad rooms, nothing around not even something to eat, there is no night bus thats mean 25euros from city center after midnight, rude personel, the existing reviews do not describe accurate the hotel.. Dont stay there! |

The staff was very curteous and knowledgeable. They were always willing to provide help and answer questions. The breakfast buffet was also very good. |

Raganelli needs to analyze their WiFi; it is fine on the third floor stair, but not ok in room 331. Intenet (very important for me) was erratic. |

Mostly I like stuff of hotel.. They was so polite and nice.. We was talking and smiling each time, they was helping me as they could, so stuff is great they are very friendly :)))) I dont like my room! I was shocked! I reserved single, but double was nice and big with good tv and big bed.. And single was terrible.. So tiny only my bed could stand there... It was a bit bigger than my bed!!!! Even my baggage was difficult to place there.. This was the most upset and unfair... Because double I have seen its nice and big... Try to change single rooms! Its not fair! To pay and live in a closet! |

la colazione, l'ingresso ed il personale la struttura della camera e del bagno, assolutamente inadeguata e precaria, cadono le piastrelle, la rubinetteria è squallida, le porte cadenti, è una vecchia camera degli anni '50 rimasta com'era. |

El gimnasio que está al lado del hotel y que se permite su uso para los huespedes es excelente. Las habitaciones remodeladas están muy completas y cómodas. El estacionamiento gratuito a la entrada del hotel es muy conveniente. La ubicación del hotel está muy accesible. Reservamos una habitación triple y aún cuando no nos correspondía una remodelada nos dieron una lo cual fue muy amable de parte del hotel. El baño está muy cómodo inclusive con jacuzzi y dos lavamanos (lo cual es poco común en europa). El desayuno es bastante limitado en variedad. La habitación que nos tocó está en el sótano y aunque hay una ventana que se conecta con un rejilla a nivel de la calle, la ventilación puede ser un poco limitada de día, dado que luego del verano el aire acondicionado lo desconectan. Sería muy bueno si le colocaran las neveritas dado que las habitaciones remodeladas ya contemplan el espacio para ellas. |

Rezeption und Empfang gut. Freundliches Personal. Schock bei Ankunft über den Zustand des gebuchten Zimmers. Total keine Ähnlichkeit mit Abbildung im Internet.Dachterasse zwar vorhanden aber immer abgeschlossen und auch in grausigem Zustand.Internetbilder vermitteln den Eindruck eines gepflegten Mittelklassehotels was aber leider überhaupt nicht zutrifft. |

Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war sauber und gut ausgestattet (Whirlpoolwanne). Es gibt eine gute Busverbindung zur Metro oder in das Zentrum.Frühstück ist ausreichend. Das Hotel wurde renoviert, leider haben wir das im Zimmer noch zu spüren bekommen. Die Dachfenster ließen sich nicht öffnen, aber es sind die einzigsten Fenster im Zimmer. Der Abzugslüfter im Bad funktioniert auch nicht. Außerdem sind die Zimmer sehr hellhörig. |

Goed hotel, is men gedeeltelijk aan het renoveren, onze kamer was netjes maar verouderd, nieuwe kamers alleen op locatie -1 als de eetzaal pas vernieuwd dus prima. was weinig te doen in het hotel zeker s'avonds, nieuwe bar welke niet open was, TV met alleen italiaanse zenders en de BBC Al met al een fijne vakantie gehad en het hotel was verder prima met vfriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. kon beter om s'avonds wat gezelligheid te bieden en moderne apparatuur op de kamer, ook jammer geen koffiezetapparaat op de kamer |

Non c'è niente che ho apprezzato durante la permanenza in hotel, anzi, tutto il contrario. Le camere sono fatiscenti. Le foto sul sito non corrispondono al vero o sono state fatte quando le camere erano nuove. Ho reclamato per la stanza che mi è stata data ma il personale dell'hotel non ha fatto niente al riguardo. |

Hotellin henkilökunta toivotti meidät vierailumme aluksi todella ystävällisesti tervetulleiksi ja antoivat käyttöömme pari karttaa, joista löysimme kaikki turistimatkallemme oleelliset kohteet. He olivat myös valmiita vastaamaan kysymyksiimme kaupunkiin ja matkustamiseen liittyen. Huoneessamme oli vuotava vesihana, josta huomautimme kaksi kertaa. Mitään tälle asialle ei kerrottu, eikä sitä sen enempää pahoiteltu. Hotellissa oli myös internet-yhteys, joka oli maksullinen ja mielestämme maksu oli suht. kohtuuton. 5 euroa tunnilta on aika paljon netin käytöstä. |

il parcheggio rende più tranquilla la permanenza in hotel. personale molto gentile. non è poi così vicino alla metropolitana come viene illustrato, e gli autobus per recarsi alla Stazione Metro Cornelia passano ogni 45 minuti. |
