There was construction work going on in the hotel !!!!!!!!!!! The noise was unbearable. The hotel is located in a central avenue so there is also noise from the traffic. Finally, it is located far from the city center and with public transportation you need al least 1/2 to reach it.
Stayed at this hotel for 5 nights in a comfort room, great shower, wifi included, the bar was always quiet at night so was great to relax and have the bar to ourselves, Marco at reception was fantastic and Booked a restaurant for us for my girlfriends birthday and always looked after us. Will be back next year!!
Quite a Distance from all attractions but the bus or metro only costs €6 and take as many journeys as you like per day!! Breakfast not great but I just missed my bacon and eggs!!
I had to turn in some paperwork and let me hang out in the lobby to get it done, after I checked out. Then they scanned it for me and helped me send it.
You have to request airport transport 24hours in advance. This was not clear in the booking process.
Sandro the manager of the front desk.. very professional like a staff of 7 star hotel rooms are clean and comfortable
no fridge no gym no facilities hope they will fix it
Room was very spacious with a large bed and bathroom, perfect for us, couple with young baby. Very clean and modern. Staff helpful and friendly
The walk to the closest metro was a bit too far, path not very good, lots of holes, very narrow in parts and smelly bins meant we dreaded it with the pushchair. No tea and coffee facilities in the room Breakfast was very basic, but cheap and quick
The room with its en-suite and balcony were exactly what we wanted. The staff were very helpful and very friendly at all times. The location of the Hotel Raganelli makes it easy to get into central Rome using the public transport system. We have stayed here on a previous occasion and will be returning.
Cheap Close to Fiumincino New decoration
Maybe it was a coincidence, but the bed was the most disgusting bed I 've seen. The linings had stains and it was so filthy to sleep in and if you take under consideration that I am a free camper, you can imagine how filthy the bed was.
Good location with easy access to public transportation and friendly staff.
We got a room at the basement with poor ventilation. Our "window" was close to an smoking area, so we ended up smoking many cigarettes indirectly.
The rooftop terrace was nice. The rooms were large, bright and clean. The AC worked great.
A little far from the metro (about 1 mile).
Cleanliness Size of room Comfort
Breakfast was delicious; room was bigger than expected (it was for 3 people); staff was very nice and helpful
If you are trying to be close to Rome sightseeing this is not very close, but you can definitely use public transportation to get where you want to go.
The room as comfortable - I booked a double room and I had a 3 bed room They had a TV, but not international channels. The staffs were polite.
I found lots of hair on the bath, which wasn't very pleasant. Also breakfast was quiet poor. The had only a very small selection of continental breakfast and no hot breakfast at all. With regards to location, they had a bus stop near by, but the buses weren't very efficient - we had to wait 10-15 min- which is not the hotel fault, I admit, but not the ideal when you travelling.
Nice reception area and bar area
Roaches in the room Location was in a bad area
The night reception was very helpful
I didn t like that from march 1st the price doubled. I didn't like that the reception made no effort to improve the pricing policy. I think that the internet should be free.
The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The two brothers and the number of people that we interacted with at the Reception were excellent. The hotel is going through a refurbishment and once done is going to be very good. Overall a wonderful experience.
Could introduce some hot breakfast.
The long walk to the train station
Location was not too far from vatican and bus/ tube stops. Staff polite. Cleaner good attitude. Nice atmos of other guests.
the bed (1 singles put together), uneven set up, different height beds. the pillows, blankets ichy the noise single pane windows. open socket in bathroom. no transfers from airport offered
