Dirty, old, in disrepair, not cordial staff. I won't return ever. It even has a poor reputation in the area. So sorry I stayed there. Terrible place. I did not feel safe. |

Quality of the bed, clean room, breakfast okay. Helpful staff. How to get there from the airport: no clear instructions while only at 200 meters....Pool and roof terrace were both closed. |

the lady at the reception was friendly. to be perfectly honest everything about the hotel was worse than poor, in fact nearly all of it was horrid and it ruined my stay in such a beautiful city which we were really looking forward to on our dream honeymoon. the place wants knocking down. |

Location close to the airport. Staff friendly and helpful. 24 hour service. The top floor rooms (where we stayed) were depressing - no pictures on the walls, very difficult to lock and unlock doors, the smell of the new carpet was almost unbearable. The swimming pool, although still advertised on their website, had obviously been out of service for a long time. The elevators are very small. |

Bezplatné parkování. V hotelu nefungovala ani restaurace, ani bazen. Hotel byl špinavý. K snídani tvrdé pečivo, levná uzenina a balený toustový sýr! Hotel je na rušné ulici, takže v noci je slyšet hluk z aut a místních obyvatel. |

It was a good hotel to visit Florence - only 10 minutes far from the center by bus and the bus stop is very close to the hotel. There was a parking. |

Absolutt ingenting. Hotellet er svært nedslitt og tilbyr IKKE de fasiliteter annonsen tilsier. Svømmebassenget var ikke i bruk og så heller ikke ut til å bli satt istand. Virket som om dette hadde vært i ustand svært lenge. |

Boa opção para quem quer viajar de carro ao redor de Florença. Manutenção nos encanamentos do hotel, melhorar o restaurante que não possui cardápio, restringir a entrada de pessoas que vão ao restaurante pelo hotel e tirar as máquinas caça níqueis do Hall. |

Nulla. Da dimenticare. Abbiamo prenotato 4 camere matrimoniali a 3 stelle e ne abbiamo avute due matrimonialie due a una piazza e mezza, la cui qualità era quella di un ostello: Un bagno allagato perchè la doccia era intasata. Farsi la doccia richiedeva tempi biblici visto che la pressione dell'acqua era nulla. La pulizia era alquanto scarsa. Colazione a buffet carente. |
