Good breakfast.Professional staff.Many disposable consumables (more than anywhere else).A Hotel with history.A Little bit far from the historical center-1 km-but a little walk is welcome. The bathroom was dirty.Very big difference on the price between July and August

We liked the breakfast and the rather quiet location. This hotel is run for the convenience of the front desk. No access to the sauna and gym facilities and no regulation of the internal room temperature.

Very good breakfast-not so italian-but good.The staff is professional and very helpful.In the bathroom there is everything somebody need to stay without to bring things with him.A Hotel with history. The bathroom was not clean.Not value for money.1 Km far from the historical center.

Hotel staffs were very helpful to every request of ours. Although the location is a little far from the train station, there are buses running to the city centre quite regulary from the hotel. Room temperature was a little cold and it wasn't able to control it from each room (but of course you could have called the reception if it was early enough time).

Hotel staff were efficient. The location was convenient for car parking though the outlook was not very picturesque. The room was generously proportioned and so was the bathroom and we found the bed comfortable. We thought the hotel was very good value for money. Breakfast was good. We found the lighting in the room was rather dismal. The walls were wood panelled and this made the room seem a bit dark with the lack of strong light.

The location is further away from Modena than the description or the staff suggests. It is more difficult to get into town as you cannot drive into Modena unless you have a hotel room reserved in one of the hotels inside city!

the service in the room, the cleanliness, the attention toward customers;the newspaper in the early morning in order the customer could inform about the recent news the staff at the entrance was maybe too professional and i didn't feel the warmth of the hospitality

L'albergo risulta grande, la stanza confortevole e pulita. Il letto molto comodo e spazioso; inoltre ci hanno dato una stanza con terrazzino. L'albergo è molto frequentato da stranieri (tedeschi, inglesi, etc). Consiglio di non prendere gli ascensori per muoversi; sono veramente lenti. L'albergo è un edificio un pò datato poco moderno; tutto sembra un pò retrò.

L'hotel è confortevole, pulito e in ottima posizione per visitare il centro storico. Nessuna difficoltà a posteggiare nei pressi dell'hotel, anche fuori dal garage interno. Colazione curata. Il pagamento è avvenuto al momento della prenotazione e non al momento di lasciare la camera. Inizialmente credevo che durante la prenotazione l'albergo avesso solo verificato la validità della carta, in realtà, quando ho lasciato l'hotel, alla reception mi hanno confermato che il pagamento era già avvenuto (una settimana prima)... Non mi ha creato alcun problema, ma in tanti anni che uso booking è stata la prima volta.

Il design della camera è stupendo: caldo accogliente, silenzioso, elegante e raffinato senza perdere tutte le qualità e comodità di un design moderno. Tutto perfetto, unico neo se così si può chiamare il televisore un po' antiquato che stonava con il resto della perfezione!
