Hotel Regina  

Very good location. Near from the city centre - 10-15 min. To walk. Good light breakfast - fruits, milk, musli, cheese, a lot of different jams, eggs, coffee, juises. The room for the breakfst is not big, but there were not many guests in the hotel. So there were enough place for all. The hotel is situated in old house, has 5 levels. In the room there were shower gel, clean towels, dressing gowns and slippers. The hotel is pretty old, but clean, very friendly staff. Free Wi-Fi. Free bikes for rent. We had our flight in the evening, so the staff let us leave our lagguage at the hotel till evening. I reccomend this hotel for 2-3 days.

We wish we had have a balcony in the room.

Location close to shopping & points of interest.

Finding hotel was impossible. We had to follow a taxi to find the street due to the complication of the way the streets run.

Excellent accueil, proximité du Duomo et des magasins, possibilité de parking pour 25€ jour. Petit-déjeuner très correct compris dans le prix. Bon rapport qualité/prix si on supporte les petits espaces !

En revanche, les chambre sont très petites (très !)

L'emplacement excellent ds le centre ville, le wifi gratuit. Le personnel est très acceuillante et toujours disponible

Hotel molto centrale e con un buon rapporto qualità/prezzo; il collegamento internet nella hall è gratuito per gli ospiti; la singola era pulita e sufficientemente spaziosa; un po' sacrificato il bagno. La sala colazione è un po' striminzita ma abbastanza fornita e non affollata.

bonne situation, silence et tranquillité pour les chambres sur l'arrière,

attention insuffisante aux équipements (douche en mauvais état, faible débit, lavabo endommagé). Manque de suivi dans la maintenance. Anormal pour le prix des chambres.

Accueil 24/24h, sobre mais impeccable, et en français. L'hôtel est à deux pas de tout, pas besoin de voiture. De plus, il dispose d'un parking fermé (il faut le réserver). Le buffet du petit-déjeuner est bien garni, pour les amateurs de repas équilibrés (fruits, jus, céréales, laitages) comme pour les gourmands (jambon, fromage, viennoiseries, gâteaux et tartes) et propre (pots de miel avec un système de pompe = pas une goûte à côté!). Super resto ouvert très tard à 500m: La Dogana de Buongusto, via Molino delle Armi 48.

Ne pas s'attendre à un 4* français. L'hôtel est formidable, mais il correspond plutôt à un 3* en France.

Il buffet della colazione è ricco e ben allestito. La signora che si occupa del servizio è gentilissima - specialmente se si paragonano I suoi modi e il suo atteggiamento alla generale freddezza del resto del personale.

L'hotel non risponde alle caratteristiche di categoria. Potrebbe al massimo rispondere ad un 3 stelle superiore. La pulizia della stanza non è ineccepibile (tracce di grasso e polvere sull'asciugacapelli - tra l'altro debolissimo e vecchio, polvere negli angoli del pavimento), l'impianto di areazione rumorosissimo, la mensola del bagno sopra al lavabo troppo piccola per sistemare le proprie cose. Decisamente troppo inadeguato il rapporto qualità-prezzo.

Posizione molto comoda per shopping e visita città

Personale poco cortese, quasi infastidito dalle richieste della clientela, cosa inaccettabile per un hotel che porta quattro stelle ma che nella pratica al massimo raggiunge gli standards di un tre stelle medio basso
