Location was excellent, views were superb and the staff response and helpfulness exceptional. We would stay here again.

Water in fridge on arrival would be great. Fridge to be chilled before guest arrives.

Staff were very friendly, helpful and considerate. Location was ideal. Views from balcony superb. Would visit again and recommend to friends.

Other than location, it is a great place. Good value and fabulous view. Would be better more toward summer months.

This was a great hotel with exceptional views right down the lake. Breakfast was very good and the staff were friendly. It was in a quiet location with a short walk into Gravedona.

Coffee could be hotter but this seems to be a common problem in Italy.

The fact the I could arrive late in the evening/early in the "morning" and find at the reception someone kind who welcomed me; staff's politeness and sympathy; delicious breakfast and wonderful view on the lake; a sweet price.

The hotel's name could be more visible at night. The lift should operate as of the reception's level upwards.

The location of the hotel is amazing.

It was not possibe to chose different pillows and the ones in our bedroom were slightly hard

The rooms were large and nicely kept. The staff was very helpful.

The hotel location is on the lake, we upgraded the room for a room with view to the lake, it was worth any euro we paid for it! The staff is amazing and helpful, we recommend on this hotel! We don't know why it is 3 stars hotel, it should be 5!! Everything was great from the breakfast to the room ( with the view) and the crew!

The location is fantastic. Right on the Lake but away from huge crowds. Very clean and roomy with great Lake views.

The staff was amazing and the views were out of this world. Traveling alone as a young female without a phone was often nerve rackiń.... I felt so so relaxed during my stay at hotel Regina. Gravedona is one of prettiest locations on lago di como and Regina is best hotel.

Very clean and friendly hotel. Staff always very happy to help. Next to lake with very easy access for swimming. East parking. Gym by the side of the lake with great views. Breakfast was very good and outside tables in superb position. Easy to walk to town for very good meals in local restraunts.

It would have been good to have the choice to eat evening meal in the hotel.

Our room was clean and comfortable and the view over the lake was fantastic. The staff spoke exellent English and were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was also very good.

Location for the views & tranquillty was perfect. The reception on arrival was friendly, welcoming and efficient. The room was clean and comfortable with good air con. The terrace had lovely views. Very nice breakfast in the lovely dining room and outside area (apart from the staff). Lovely swimming pool and loungers with the garden area having outstanding views with a feeling of privacy. Very easy to spend time there.

The staff at breakfast we found unhelpful to the point of rude, everything was too much trouble. Could have done with some cushions on the room terrace seats.

No air-condition (too hot too sleep), lack of "do not disturb" sign to put on our door (a cleaning lady walked in on me in the shower... Unpleasant), no soaps replaced, poor selection in minibar, porr selection at breakfast, porr lunch offer (should be something more than just a sandwich/toast, due to distance too nearest restaurant in town).

Hotel Regina probably has the best view of any hotel on the lake. Gravedona might not be the place you're looking for, but it's a place you should consider staying. It's on the northern end of the lake and the small town has enough good food/restaurants that we tried a different place each day we were there. There's also a nice grocery store and a few shops where you can find almost anything you need. The hotel posts ferry-boat times (fast/slow) that depart from the nearby dock. Again, it's a great location to use as a base and take day-trips to the other towns around the lake. The hotel has a nice breakfast and a fantastic pool deck/small beach access to the lake. Our kids swam both in Lake Como and the pool for hours. The rooms are big with amazing views/balconies directly on the lake and the staff very nice/helpful. Again, I don't think you'll find a nicer view or better all-around value. We'd definitely stay here again. Easy/good parking on site too!

No air conditioning or fans. The rooms can get warm at night. No hotel restaurant (for lunch or dinner), but they will call a local pizza delivery place for you. We really loved this place...it's not directly in town...about a 10 min walk away from food/dock, but it's a nice walk. Try it out, you won't be disappointed.

We loved this hotel. From the minute we arrived everything was perfect. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The views stunning from our balcony. The weather was superb. The pool was inviting, the village nearby enchanting with good, well priced restaurants. Gravedona, what a place!! Highly recommend it.

Nothing bad to say.

The hotel was perfect to relax on a lounger overlooking the lake and dip if to the pool if you fancied. Very clean and great breakfast!

The staff were accommodating and were very helpful in helping us around. The views were spectacular.Everything was immaculately clean. The Hotel was easy to access via public transport. Gravedona was only a 5-10 minute walk away (depending on how many times you stopped to awe at the views!).

There really isn't much to not like. If I was nitpicking I'd prefer a better selection of breakfast options but thats nitpicking.

A superb family run hotel. Difficult to find any negatives apart from no tea or coffee making facilities in the room. We spent a wonderful week at the hotel, the staff couldn't have been more helpful and courteous. If you want a relaxing holiday this hotel and it's fabulous location would be hard to beat.

Lovely outdoor space. Location was amazing and breakfast was also really good.

We ended up with a handicap room which was dated. We paid a lot for this room with 2 adults and one child and it seemed unreasonable.
