Zanhotel Regina is in a perfect central location for exploring the beautiful city of Bologna. It is clean, the staff are polite and friendly, the rooms are smallish but perfectly adequate and the breakfasts are very good. The bathrooms are again quite small but clean and with excellent quality towels. We were very happy with our 2 night stay there and will certainly recommend to friends.

Excellent location between the railway station and city center, with easy pedestrian accessibility of both. Good and spacious room. In the night time the room was silent. The room had good view on the city towers. The room service was excellent. The shower cabin was very small and had no shelves to place soap etc. Just adjacent to the room wall was the building site with unpleasant noise in the daytime. The choice of food for breakfast could be wider.

Good location, close proximity to Piazza Maggiore and the Cathedral. Easy to find and close to the train station. The staff were abrupt and not forthcoming with relevant local information. The rooms were dated and not particularly clean. There was a lot of noise late at night and early in the morning

The hotel has a great location directly in the city. It is not super- modern, but perfect for a city-trip. The rooms are clean and the stuff is nice and helpful. I would recommend this hotel and will return.

It is good nice hotel because location is great.it is in main street. Two things one the wifi must be free here.secondly they gave us a room which had very bad smell.on our complaint first they refused that they have only one this room available but when we push them they gave us another room.i assume they know that the room has bad smell so why they gave us.very stupid.

The location is fantastic and the price is acceptable, it is also very clean. Somebody left a letter for me at the desk, they forgot to tell me I had this letter, they didn't gave me the letter and I left without even knowing of the existence of this letter. I discovered this story when days after the person who left the letter for me complained with me for my non answer!

Reasonable size room with comfortable beds and excellent bathroom. Decor was beautiful. Located very centrally between train station and main town square. Markets operated outside the hotel for the three days we were there. Being on a main street, and with markets setting up early each morning it was necessary to close the windows at night. However, the air conditioning was not very effective, so the nights were hot. Also needed to go to the partner hotel next door to access WiFi, which was also very expensive.

Exceptional market on Fridays and Saturdays next to hotel.

I and my wife went to the city center and we enjoyed by walking along the street especially Rizzoli and Ugo Bassi street. Zanhotel Regina is very close city center because of it is location perfect.
