We only stayed in the Hotel for one night but I found the Regina excellent value for money, close to the train station and the bus stop for the Aerobus to the Airport is also very close. The breakfast was one of the best, with a great choice and selection. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and recommended a great place around the corner called the Swine bar which also served excellent food with a great atmosphere. I would highly recommend this hotel and will be back. Regards Brian, Dublin, Ireland |

For a three star hotel in Bologna it was located fairly well and the continental breakfast was fine. The hotel room was small and the bathroom was equally small. |

The hotel is in an excellent position being right in the centre. handy for all the sights and plenty of restaurants to choose from within walking distance. The staff were very helpful. The buffet breakfast was very good with plenty of choice. We would stay again. |

Great Hotel. Carlo at the front desk is fantastic. Ask for him to fill you in on the nice restaurants in the area. small shower, but overall great value for the money. Elevator is a little old but walk up the stairs, after the food in italy you will need it. |

It was located in between train station and town centre. lots of shops around hotel and its next to a couple of big hotels that made us feel safe. toilet was very nice and clean. |

The room was fine. It was clean and adequate. My sister and I were staying in the hotel together. We went out for dinner one evening and returned late to the hotel, where we were rudely approached by the hotel staff and accused of being prostitutes. We were not loud or intoxicated, we were not dressed inappropriately, we were simply returning late. When we told him our room number, he still did not believe us and was quite disrespectful. |

Excellent location, between the train station and the historic piazza of Bologna. Very walkable to both. With several pieces of luggage, take a cab (about 7 euros). Staff was very helpful and recommended several very good restaurants near the hotel. Breakfast was quite good with plenty of variety. |

Friendly, helpful staff. Comfortable bed, clean room, situated centrally, easy to find. I wasn't too impressed by the buffet breakfast. Poor choice for cereals and fresh fruit. |

It was conveniently located for all places of interest and easy to find from the Station. There were lots of restaurants nearby. It would have been good if there had been some information, in English, about Bologna available in the room. The hotel staff were helpful and polite but they were not able to communicate much in English, or else they chose not to do so! The cheerful waiter in the breakfast room each morning made me feel very welcome. Perhaps this hotel does not have many English speaking guests? |

I liked the Zanhotel Regina very much, since the hotel is situated near the town center and the railway station and all the important sightseeing points can be easily reached on foot! I liked the staff of the hotel as well and the best breakfast I've ever had in my life :) If I have to name something that I did not like about this hotel, then I'd say that the carpet in our room was quite dirty and since me and my friend are allergic to dust, we had some problems but all the rest was really perfect! |
