Location was good. Nice view from third-floor room. Staff was rude and unhelpful. Hotel is advertised as being on a quiet tree-lined street, but traffic was heavy and parking (also advertised) was impossible. At check-in the front desk held our passports to make photocopies. After waiting several hours and asking several times when we might retrieve our passports, we finally went out without them, which was uncomfortable. |

Very clean, rooms quite quiet and comfortable. Staff helpful and friendly. Very little info available re hotel facilities or the area, although desk staff were helpful if asked; I asked about car rental and was only directed to one agency, which was OK, but I later discovered there were Hertz, Avis, etc agencies at the railway station. I was too warm in room but was told air conditioning had not been turned on yet. |

The location is probably the only good thing about this hotel - walking distance to center of town and sight seeing. The staff was arrogant and rude. If you are not part of a large conference group, they simply don't care if they get your return business or not. |

Η εξαιρετική του θέση στην πόλη, καθαριότητα, συμπαθητικό το δωμάτιο και ευχάριστη ατμόσφαιρα στην αίθουσα πρωινού. Τα αγγλικά του προσωπικού, το χαμόγελο, τη εξυπηρέτηση όσον αφορά πληροφορίες και έντυπα, χάρτες της πόλης (δεν είχε σχεδόν τίποτα), μουντά χρώματα στο χώρο, μπεζ και καφέ, θλίψη... |

La equipación de las habitaciones excelente, asi como su ubicación, a 5 minutos andando de la estacion de autobus y de tren, y del casco histórico de la ciudad. El trato del personal es bastante seco, aunque correcto en todo momento. |

Hotel recien reformado, centrico y bien comunicado (se puede coger bus desde aeropuerto por 2E y andar 10 minutos). Buen hotel para conocer Cagliari (en medio-1 día es suficiente. De 3 hoteles hospedados en Cerdeña, único con tostadora. Limpio y arreglado. Ascensor antiguo. Volvería a hospedarme en el hotel. No tiene piscina. |

Es liegt sehr günstig: ganz nah zur Altstadt, trotzdem gibt es Parkmöglichkeiten direkt vorm Haus Das Haus ist sehr anonym und unpersönlich, der Frühstücksraum ist unangenehm im Souterrain, auf den Abbildungen war eine Terrasse zu sehen, die nicht zur Verfügung stand, |

Chambre spacieuse, personnel gentil mais discret. Très bien placé pour les visites et le shopping. Prix week-end intéressant. Le petit déjeuner est basic mais on n'est pas de grands mangeurs. |

La disponibilità della reception ad assolvere alle richieste formulate. La posizione "strategica" dell'albergo rispetto alla visita della città. La buona colazione. Il copriletto non pulito (che ho fatto cambiare). L'ambiente un po' freddo per mancanza di arredi. |

Gelukkig één parkeerplaats vrij in de parkeergarage. (slechts 10 plaatsen beschikbaar). Personeel nogal arrogant (met name bij ontbijt). Kamer was erg klein. Douche te klein voor een volwassene. Hoop geduld nodig voordat water warm is. Slecht uitzicht vanuit kamer. Gelegen aan zeer drukke straat waar oversteken levensgevaarlijk is. Van de 4 hotels waar ik geweest ben op Sardinië is dit de enige waar ik zeker nooit terugkom. |

pulizia e comfort delle camere, vista sul mare e sulla parte antica della città, silenzioso anche se in centro città, si dorme bene la scarsa attenzione da parte del personale nell'indicare le camere all'arrivo, la complicata organizzazione degli ascensori che rende difficile il reperimento delle camere |

L'hotel est tres bien situe tres proche du centre ville, et la chambre etait spacieuse, et les attentions des femmes de menages vraiment appreciables (chocolat avant d'aller dormir..) Il n'y a pas de piscine, pas de restaurant, et le petit dejeuner en chambre est un peu 'leger' |
