Excellent hotel in good central location. High level of comfort. First class breakfast buffet provided. Highly recommended for a short stay in Cagliari. Very quiet in the evening. No obvious bar area for a nightcap.

- Convinient location. Just 2-3 minutes walk from the city center. The hotel offers you parking for free and a very rich breakfast. Rooms are really nice (spacy and clean) Receptionist (1 out of three) did not speak good english so we could not get the information that we were looking for.

Breakfast was quite insufficient for a 4star hotel, specially because food was not replaced frequently and there was little help from the waiters. Honestly the worst breakfast service in 2 week vacation even comparing to bed and breakfast experience.

Very clean! Modern. Free parking in the city center! A business hotel. Central location, close to shopping area and restaurants.Far from beaches. The breakfast quality was poor: no fresh juice, espresso and capuccino was served only by special request. A waiter, that was serving the breakfast was not friendly at all.

Spacious, very clean rooms and hotel interiors. Friendly staff. Good location near Via Sardegna - location of many good restaurants. Breakfast is a joke for 4-star hotel (poor selection). One probably will find some class of accommodation but cheaper.

Comfort and cleanliness of room. Good bathroom facilities, particularly the shower although water not always as hot as would have liked. Breakfast could have been tastier - too much tinned fruit and all croissants were sweet - would have liked a choice of savoury. Food provided from room service was very disappointing.

Fantastic location and free parking in this site is a great bonus. Hotel rooms generally comfortable 1. Cold scrambled eggs at breakfast 2. On penultimate evening shower luke warm and in the morning freezing cold.

The hotel was near to the historic center and the room was big and comfortable. The staff was not helpful at all. They didn´t even make the effort to try to understand my language (spanish). We did a travel around Sardegna and this was the only place with this problem, it is unbelievable that a 4 star hotel has this handicap. Besides this we choose the hotel because we were in easter in italy and a lot of things were closed so we wanted a hotel with restaurant. In the description was very clear that they have restaurant but in fact they didn´t, it is a lie (at least in this time of the year). They didn´t even have a bar to drink something. We were lucky and we found a restaurant not so far from the hotel but this was a big desappointment. If you choose this hotel you will pay a 4 star and receive a 3 star as maximum stay.

Clean roon Every morning there was a problem with empty buffet food selection, seemed only interested in looking after Italian businessmen. Tried to over charge us on checking out with no apology. Room was very hot at night and the managements excuse was 'the air condition is switched off because Italians like it warm and don't like it cold'. Only book it if you don't want breakfast having paid for it or your an Italian on business so you can eat all the food early
