The hotel couldn't support me with an Iron, although there Laundary was closed at that time and they asked me to wait until its open.

Neat and beautiful rooms. Enjoying a prime location of the city. We are satisfied that it was possible to order in room service. Simple, but tasty and good quality food. Beja low prices. I recommend, if you are with small children, quiet dining room.

Excelent front desk officer Ms. Alice, who helped us a lot with everything including lost luggage situation. Clean european-equipped room, nice breakfast. location close to the center, 5 minutes walking, but quiet.

Breakfast was unacceptable for a 4*. This is definitely 4* hotel. Iconsider it as 2- star hotel.

The good thing about this hotel was that the parking was free, which is really useful. It was really silent at night and breakfast was wonderful.

Its location was convenient for shopping and eating. It was clean and comfortable. The staff spoke English except for the cleaning lady but she was very eager to help so we used body language to communicate.

The parking area outside the hotel is limited to 4 or 5 cars only and the parking lot inside the hotel is very inconvenient because the parking is very difficult due to the small area and its capacity is very limited, too (about 20 cars). We had to look for other places to park our car most of the nights. And at all the empty spots outside, there were intimidating people who were holding them for the drivers looking for parking places and you had no choice to pay money for the things they tried to sell you, or you would have no parking place. Also, on the last day of our trip we wanted early breakfast package of bread and cheese only and they said they would provide it happily and in the morning, we were given some croissants, and fruit yogurt, which we never eat. It was ok if they had said they could not give it but having said they would give it, and not providing it was not nice for a hotel claiming to have 4 stars. Also we wanted a taxi at 5:15 am because we had a very early flight but the reception guy called the taxi when we went down to the reception at 05:15 with no hurry and said it would come a little late with no feeling of shame and it came 20 minutes late of course. These two things on the last day really disappointed us.

The stunning room

Central location with walking distance to major Cagliari attractions, clean rooms, friendly staff in hotel restaurant.

When checking in around 1 am on Saturday we were told that hotel parking was full without further suggestions where to park. The receptionist was completely unwilling to help. It took us 1 hour wandering around in the middle of the night, asking locals where to park since lots of parking places are reserved for residents and others are short term parking only. Overall experience with the front desk was not what we would expect from a 4 star hotel. Poor breakfast buffet selection for 4 star hotel.

The hotel was very nice and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and varied. The location was directly downtown and easy to walk to from the train station.

I really wish it had a pool.

Best hotel lighting for reading on this trip, great location, fine breakfast.

Central location close to historic centre and shops. Very clean with towels changed daily. Bathroom with marble floors and full facilities including hydromassage bath and jet shower. Good breakfast buffet selection.
